From showing gratitude, being positive , constantly looking to improve and become better personally and with characterisitcs .. be in abundance meaning being in a high vibration which gets the version of ourselves, not being attached to the goal we set ,to surrender and have trust in the process that no matter what tje universe /god / creator has our back .. All the principles are the same within our faith . When the universe is mentioned we would simply see it as god or some as a higher power

Oh my. This video appearing in my feed is a sign. Many changes (positive ones but unusual...out of character for those involved) have been happening in the last few weeks. These changes had me concerned at first (negative) but I shifted my thinking, dusted myself off and headed back down the Path of Positivity. A good thing happened. Not my full desire, but a large part of it. Is the Universe testing me to make sure I can handle the whole desire I want to manifest? I believe so. This large step that took place could have happened years ago or not at all. It is happening now, as I consciously work on manifesting this desire. Master is correct; there are no coincidences. 💜

@@Jasminehasastorytotell I work towards staying present by keeping awareness on my breath, body and environment without thinking or focusing on anything and then feeling energy, or prana and let it flow through me and work energy cogs clear that diminish my energy and ability to consciously create my reality, it's the programs, and suppressed traumas that get stuck in the body and energy fields but we can use spiritual flow to help clear them..it takes discipline and a willingness to feel discomfort, since these are pains and traumas long suppressed being released so you expect to feel things that aren't easy but it passes and at least they won't cause diseases anymore and unfavorable manifestations if you clear them, or open intend and allow Spirit, or the flow to clear them, for you, these suppressed energies effect your thoughts too, especially the recurring ones. For me working on my thoughts was only marginally successful if that but clearing the programs and suppressed pain behind negative self-chatter stops those self-diminishing disempowering thoughts at the source.

I've been having a hard time being positive about things that happen to me. Lost friends, family members have died (one in June, one in July), an old friend is in jail for the rest of the life, etc,. I'm gonna stay positive and keep an open mind.
