Great REAL to life video. Before all of these curly and wavy crochet braids...decades ago (telling my age lol) I used straight kanekalon hair but only kept it at 14 inches to prevent that tangling. Great thing about this hair, you can blow dry on high heat a million times. I did. The older the style got (2weeks in) the more natural it looked. People who didn't know, thought it was my hair. Bad thing is it sheds like hell 🤣 but yeah it's a cheap way to look fab.

This is a bomb hairstyle and I've rocked it. I'll take a straight crochet braid style any day. I loathed straightening my beautiful 4C hair and will never do it again!

you should have used the blow dryer a lot more instead of even thinking about the flat iron. a lot of people don’t flat iron the hair because it burns the hair because it is synthetic, and it leaves the hair crispy and shiny which doesn’t look natural. also don’t use mousse because it makes it look even more synthetic.💕

I’m late viewing this video but I wanted to say, if the hair get a little stiff, the next morning or when ever you like you can blow out the hair again and continue with your this style. My crochet with straight kanekelon hair will last me a little over two weeks! By the sec week it has thinned quiet a bit because it will shead especially during the blow out process so I usually would take it down around then. Enjoyed the video!
I braid it,roll it up with flexi rids,dip it in hot water for about 15sec wrap my head with a scarf overnight and take it down next morning

Well next time its like that you can just curl up the synth hair. That way the "reverting" of it will be well blended in a way. You can get more wear out of the time and money put into it. An idea.

When doing hair like that dont flat iron at all wear it natural and cut your ends and moisturize it. It still looks cute that way. And dont leave no leave out.just cover the whole head with the hair! Its a better idea and easier to manage 😊😊💯👍

It's funny you mentioned the mousse... That's actually a technique Tierra J Beauty used prior to flat ironing. Mild your hair with mousse then, after it's dry, flat iron. It should stay straight longer. So you could have played that one off 😉😂
