Scootio has always wanted a little sister and the perfect opportunity to look after a little girl bike comes along when Mrs Bikely asks Scootio to look after a new junior bike called Phoebe. Scootio is so keen to impress the little bike that she starts to act differently and make mistakes. She falls over, does stunts that she wouldn't normally do and gets herself in a complete tizzy. She worries that Phoebe thinks that Ricky, Loop and DJ are great and that she isn't. Scootio is surprised and delighted when Phoebe makes a Zoomcam for her school costume project. Phoebe always thought that Scootio was perfect and wants to be just like her.
The buddies are playing a new game called Vroomball. Troy tells everyone he is amazing at Vroomball and gives instructions to everyone on how to play. In reality Troy doesn't think that he is good at the game and pretends he has an injury so he can sit out the game on the benches. Ricky helps Troy become really good at the team sport which results in him helping his team to win the game.
