$15 an hour with a bachelors degree is insane. Those are poverty wages in this economy
Facts
Even Masters degree doing $15 at some jobs. Make it make sense
@@CSpice24 that doesn't even cover the cost of student loans after paying for tuition
@@deassfgh7807 🤑🤑😑😑Facts
These jobs are insane paying these low wages, people household expenses are triple this size..Its beyond sad,
I can see paying $15 an hour for someone without a degree, but to require a degree to READ is ridiculous. I don’t care if you’re working for a university or not. Does anyone believe that everyone that works for them has a degree? Are their janitors running around solving complex math equations like Matt Damon in Good Will Hunting? No. Because you don’t need a degree to mop floors and you don’t need a degree to read and follow directions. It’s dumb.
You need a bachelor's degree to read applications for $15/hr. These companies doin the most😂
That’s what I said!
lol I talk about that in the video. It's for a university in the admissions dept.
I was looking for this comment. That pay is weak for a degrees, smh. They dont want the position filled ig.
It's a good way to get your foot in the door in the higher ed realm!
I didn't need a degree to get in Higher Education, thankfully.@@saphahmelkisedek9762
Nothing like 50k in debt to make 15 an hour! Something tells me its going to stay open a while!
It's not the Bachelor's degree I have an issue with. It's not that the degree shows you've taken the time to go after and finish something, it's the $15 slap in the face. They want competent dedicated committed educated employees but they're only willing to pay after school teenage wages at a University at that. What's the lesson spend 50k or more on your bachelor's degree and you to can earn $3 to $5 less than a fast food industry professional without a degree.
Chances are asking for a Bachelor degree has some proof of a level of comprehension skills because the way this society is looking these days it's questionable if adults really are capable of processing text and I don't mean just send or read a text message, can they intellectualy comprehend what's being said/asked. This job will find the perfect candidates that will commit. Not everyone is in struggle mode. Some SAHM, with a partner who brings in decent oay, who wants to raise her children herself and still wants to do something with that degree she has will absolutely thrive. Emotions aside, never downplay $15 when you've settled for less in the past. Everything has a starting point.
As a person with chronic illnesses, flexible scheduling is the only way I can work. Thanks for sharing Delilah. This is a stepping stone position and could lead to bigger and better jobs 😂
Um doesn't add up.
The pay may not be ideal, but it is a great oppirtunjty to get your foot in the door for the higher ed realm.
Yes its actually pretty rare for one of these positions not to require experience.
A degree shows u can be dedicated. They dont even care what the degree is in.
Happy Thursday 😊
Happy Thursday!! ☺
I think the reason people are upset is because they are only paying $15 for that Bach degree.
Clicked so fast, happy Thursday 🎉
Yesss! Happy Thursday, Christina!! ☺
I’ve worked in admissions and financial aid in a few colleges and can tell you non of them pay alot. You have to be a full time professor or Dean or something to make decent money. 🤷🏽♀️
i'm new to remote work.
$15 an hour is too low for those requirements & you have to provide references.🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
What a joke this is..
Imagine thinking you should get someone with a Bachelor's for $15 an hour.
No way I am reading Apps for $15/hour. Negotiations is on the table!

Yeah a 50k student loan 😅
