Cozy, even if you are living next to Drunk Man. Bonus points that you don't need to move all of your belongings or pay weekly rent like you did with the last in-town apartment mod. This would also be super useful while you're doing the haybale job.
When I did that job playing stock MSC, I brought the sofa and the bowl grill in the tractor flat bed (and the Jonnez), and just crashed at Jokke's pad.
I’m currently playing with that mod but on my next play through I’m definitely getting this one

actually a good mod, the apartment isnt massive and there is reasons why you shouldnt buy it, which makes it better in my opinion. the garage being small makes sense for a tiny apartment too, overall might download the mod

There is new mod! Traffic cars expansion who Homura created. 30+ new models and some cars will turning into town and drive for some gas or drive around. Are you going to film it?

The author did include a mop config file, it should be fine

Hey radex, do you know what to do if the apartment mod has an error and says "mod working apartment throw an error Detail: object reference not set to an instanve of an object in void intialize()"

The mod does not have a way to disable the shadows, this causes it to crash, the support with the mop is bad.
