Very easy recipe with basic Ingredients that yiu definitely have in your kitchen. These croissants are very fluffy and soft like a cloud.
Here are the ingredients:
1kg flour
400 ml warm milk
3 eggs
14g dry yeast / 50g fresh yeast
100g sugar
100ml vegetable oil/ melted butter
Lemon zest
Vanilla, lemon extract
1 tea spoon salt
For filling:
Nutella, jam, Turkish Delight
