Actually I did sing along with my wife Caliente Stacy and the first song we played was Carol of the Bells I helped her with it, then we both played an AWESOME song called Lullaby by an awesome post grunge Canadian rock band called Nickelback and WE LOVED LULLABY DUDE!!!!
I watched this movie yesterday and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! To me, it was the PERFECT Vanessa Hudgens movie!! It had TWO Vanessa Hudgenses, Vanessa Hudgens in a formal ball gown and gloves AND Vanessa Hudgens in a wedding dress! Baby V has struck gold with this movie!
It probably wouldn’t be hard plus you probably have to worry about your fingers getting tired playing the keys I could be wrong though but I do see your point of the really comfortable part with the gloves on while playing piano.

They probably wanted to do that but decided Against it since it would make the movie longer than it already is or they probably didn’t have enough money to film her singing a song and replaced it with her just playing piano instead. There’s probably a good reason she’s not singing in this scene.
I think it’s just like the movies said Stacy was born to be in the spotlight as a royal she just didn’t know it until she switched places with Margaret just like Margaret wanted to be normal at first before she was ready to be queen of any kingdom,Stacy shines in the princess/future queen spotlight right away. It’s kind of the two characters didn’t know their true callings until they switched places. It’s mainly why in the movies why Stacy is the only who can pull off being in Margaret’s place and not someone else. It’s basically like when Margaret needs a break from the spotlight or with being Queen she can just ask Stacy for help. Plus the two kingdoms of Montenaro and belgravia are neighboring kingdoms clearly somehow since Margaret and Edward get along they just aren’t meant to be together. Also the only reason your theory of Edward not Knowing Stacy was Stacy is because Edward didn’t see the two girls switch or let alone that his ex fiancée had a look alike he finds out about the switch at the very end of movie one. I think he mainly fell for Stacy’s personality which is half similar to Margaret’s but also very different. Or maybe it has something to do with him suppose to be in meetings when the two girls then Margaret and Stacy not knowing right away That he’d cancel the meetings or both but I do see your point if they didn’t have be oblvious until the end of movie 1. But since he’s oblvious he wouldn’t know Stacy was Stacy unless she gave hints and clues that he picked up on since he seems clueless until the end of movie 1. I think it’s just mainly the fact that Stacy did a pretty good impression of Margaret since the two are almost identical for looks same hair color....etc... unlike the events Of movie 2. Also I believe that maybe Edward probably maybe had a hunch that he wasn’t sure if it was true if Stacy and Margaret had switched places or not because of the orphanage with Stacy’s idea as Margaret to help the orphanage out with Christmas presents either that or Stacy being clueless about the horse ride but other than that Stacy did a pretty solid Margaret and vice versa since Edward doesn’t find out until the very end that Stacy was Stacy and Margaret was Margaret.the only one who figured out that the two switched was Olivia Nick’s daughter but then that could have To do with Margaret’s cooking skills not being the best.Edward seemed mind blown,confused but not upset about the switch in movie 1.
I think Netflix was mainly just going for what they originally planned on when the princess switch came Out in 2018 which was a Christmas movie about prince falling for normal girl since it breaks the mold of having a royal fall for another royal. Plus a lot of people love Christmas movies about princes and princesses. Also elf and NLs Christmas vacation are good movies but they have their own themes to them and it Wouldn’t be right to copy their themes and Do something similar. A Christmas prince and the princess switch are least different and people usually like variety of Christmas movies with different themes to them to watch especially when it comes to Netflix. What the world actually needs more of is movies and projects with thanksgiving themes to them. Thanksgiving is a holiday too not just holidays like Christmas and Halloween.
They do now. And I think There’s talks of a movie 3 but that’s probably because they can’t finish the storyline in just 2 Movies. A Christmas prince did 3 movies and whether or not that franchise is done is basically up to Netflix. But I think Netflix still has one more movie for the princess switch since movie 2 just came out a few weeks ago. It’s clearly just how Netflix and movies work in general espeically Christmas themed ones they leave the first part of the movies open ended at the very end to leave you wanting another one or maybe that’s just my opinion only lol.
