I wish they added formables to the game. Like, after conquering a certain city they can turn to one of the nations it beloged to before, maybe even the ability costumize and add them in the scenario editor. Like, italy forming rome, or turkey the ottomans, y'know?
there is a mechanic called cores basically a nation will spend money and in return set a core if the capital happens to be taken the new capital will be in the area the core was created
