    Great sit-down actually. I think a good option for server push would be using Server-Sent Events. Pretty simple to implement in flask and isn't very resource hungry.

    Could you use Twisted along with WSGIResource, instead of green threads and Celery, to achieve the same mass, asynchronous event behavior?
