Am I right in assuming that you don't need or wear prescription glasses? I looked back at your previous video and I didn't see any with you wearing glasses. So these glasses will only be for fashion if you like how you look wearing glasses. I'm a retired optician and I used to have young women come in for glasses even though they had perfect eyesight. I had two young ladies come in and they both got eyes exams. One was prescribed glasses and the other girl had perfect vision. They both wanted glasses so they were planning on each buying a pair. But as it turned out the glasses for the girl with perfect vision and non prescription lenses her glasses were going to cost her $385.00. The girl that got a prescription with her insurance her glasses were only $80.00 out of pocket for her. The other girl wanted to why hers were going to be so much more and I told her because she didn't have a prescription her insurance wouldn't pay a dime on her glasses. The girl that needed glasses saw a sign promoting our Two for One deal. Suddenly they were both looking at the glasses in that section after a few minutes they came over with the glasses from that section. The total for the two pairs was only $93.00 but they had to both be in the same prescription lenses. I then knew what they had came up with . Since the one girls was getting her first pair of glasses her prescription was really weak and the doctor had even told her that getting glasses was an option she could or could not get. but remember she was there to get glasses so she wanted them. So I told them I was well aware of what they were doing and it was perfectly legal in everyway. I called them a few later to tell them their glasses were ready and they of course came in together. I fitted them both with their new glasses and they were happy and excited to have glasses. They reason they were getting glasses was because they both had recently graduated to be paralegals and the instructor called them aside and told them because they were so young they needed to try and look more mature and even suggested glasses. After fitting them both i asked them if they could se okay. I was mostly curious about the one that didn't need glasses as to how her vision was wearing a weak prescription. She said she could see fine. I told them both if they needed any adjustment to come back. They thanked me and left wearing their glasses and giggling as they walked out. About two months later the girl that didn't need glasses came in she wasn't wearing her glasses. She pulled them out of her bag and she had one temple that came off. She lost the screw and I replaced it and she put her glasses on as soon as i finished. I asked her how se was doing with wearing glasses. She said she can see perfect wearing glasses but without them things are a little blurry now. She said she was sure she actually needs her glasses now. She said at first she was only wearing them at work but doing so much close work reading very small type all day has really effected hereyes
