How well does it seal? Will it warp and leak eventually? Actually that first hit on that stock one... It took that surprisingly well! What about the ignition cover for the 500. That breaks much easier than the clutch cover.

It definitely reduces heat transfer but maybe you have another issue, like extremely lean fueling that is making your engine run hot.

@@NirHason It holds the same amount of oil. Maybe a drop more at the most. It's worth every penny for your KTM or Husqvarna 2-stroke.

Whats stopping it from melting from heat? Most thermoplastic is good till 110°c.
