(Black exclusive) Banette: an abandoned toy/puppet come to seek vengeance by teaming up with a puppet. (White exclusive) Spiritomb: since klefkei is a gen VI Pokemon, I figured a new key pokemon would fit and Spiritomb's keystone has way darker implications. Garbador: been [living in a dump] like the [slime] he is. A good trap maker too if you play your cards right. Blissy: used as a team healer in a triple battle. Otherwise its a wall chock full of pipis and other surprises. Persian: The calm before the storm. So called "weak" and only uses payday and scratch. Genesect: You got spamton his disk, and this is what he needed. A [workout ready body] in a basement. His ace in the hole that uses extremespeed and other speed reliant moves to finish you off.
The problem with a “Calm before the storm” Pokémon is that you can just set up on it with a Ghost or Steel type and easily beat his Genesect. Same goes for Cynthia’s Spiritomb
Tried thinking of a legit team for kromer man and Rotom, Porygon-Z, Parasect, Garbodor is all I can think of. Maybe Gensect as some comments have suggested, and/or a Floette/Florges as an AZ semi-parallel/coverage.

Spamton neo should be dark flying But his ability will make him a pure steel type and give him 4 stages higher defense and sp. Defense when it reaches 33% hp or below. But also lowers his attack and sp.Atk 3 stages lower and all he can use is the move pipis. Pipis deals base 20 power damage and regenerates 66.67% of damage dealt

Ideas for Pokemon Evolutions (note that I have very limited knowledge on Pokemon).
Saleston: Spamton's first evolution.
- normal + dark type
- regular moves like tackle, bite.
- "Leech Seed": Saleston steals a bit of health from you.
Spamton: Spamton's second evolution
- dark type exclusively (maybe fairy-type too)
- a bit weaker than his previous form in defense, but higher attack power.
- "Leech Life": Spamton sends a mini-spamton to you to either steal your money or health. Possibly a fairy-type move.
- "Bite": Spamton leaps on to you like a cat and fucking bites your face off.
- "Foul Play"; "False Surrender"; "Taunt": all moves that a conman might do, which tricks the opponent in some way to give Spamton leverage.
- "Boomburst": Annoying sounds break everyone's ear drums. Lowers opponent's stats.
- "Disarming Voice": Fairy-type move; charms the opponent into lowering their defenses.
- "Parting Shot": Chilling words given before switching to another Pokemon.
- Tendency to use sound-based moves, specifically dark ones.
- Very weak to moves that restrict sound-moves or items, such as "Embargo" and "Throat Chop"
Spamton NEO: Spamton's third evolution
- steel + flying/dark
- Supremely increased power and defense.
- Special defense increases when low on health.
- "Hyper Beam": NEO shoots a beam right out of his right-hand blaster.
- "Crunch": stronger form of "Bite".
- "Fly": NEO is lifted into the air and comes crashing down on the opponent during the next turn. The element of surprise!
- "Metal Sound": the sound of screeching metal lowers the party's special defense.
- Fittingly, weak against ice moves.
Spamton NEO Gigantamax:
- "Hyper Blast": Spamton shoots out eight mini-hyper beams from his gaping mouth.
- "Max Darkness": Blinds opponent, drastically lowers accuracy.
Spamton NEO could probably upgrade to a snowgrave form if given the correct evolutionary stone.

But his ability will make him a pure steel type and give him 4 stages higher defense and sp. Defense when it reaches 33% hp or below. But also lowers his attack and sp.Atk 3 stages lower and all he can use is the move pipis.
Pipis deals base 20 power damage and regenerates 66.67% of damage dealt
