Hi! I know it’s been two months, and when people say “Christian” as a distinction from Catholicism, they mean usually mean Protestantism despite Catholicism and Protestantism both being Christian.
There are a lot of great Catholic apologetics channels on UA-cam that explain the Catholic faith and the Holy Church. A few that I can name are Lizzie’s Answers, Ascension Presents, and Bishop Barron.

A Christian is someone who believes in Jesus Christ, so this includes Catholics and Protestants. However, many Protestants prefer to use the term exclusively for themselves and exclude Catholics.
The difference between Catholic and Protestants is that the Catholic religion is the only one founded directly by Jesus and the only one that believes He is truly present in the Eucharist.
