- Start of a new project! I'm calling it Perceptions (well, keeping it vague allows me to do what I want... :-)
Atmospherics are from a couple of Luftrum libraries: Bioscape A Soft Cluster Wind, Chronicles from the Stars Signals ft Abyss and Ambient 3 Fragile Space.
The bass is from Spectrasonics Trillian and was the basic inspiration for this track. The E-piano is AAS' Lounge Lizard. Arpeggios are a mix of Luftrum Ambient 3's Astral Ascension Harp, U-He Diva Frost Piano and the StEpic step sequencer triggering the U-He Repro 5 with the sound Pingpong Arp Food.
The pads are Ambient Soundscapes' Abandoned, Ambient 2's Deep Supernova and a layered pad I did which includes the wonderful Cinematic Ambient Vocals from Tefty and Meems.
Drums is NI's Battery 4 and the lead sound is GForce's Minimonsta 2.
CGI was created by me in Blender 3D and the video was edited in Da Vinci Resolve.

Thank you Andy - glad you liked it! :-) It always takes me a while to come up with something new in Blender - the origin of all these animations was the concept of tumbling cylindrical shapes, but halfway the project I went from particle simulation to geometry nodes. I particularly like the lighting myself. I'm also using Cycles again since it's a) more accurate and b) Eevee keeps producing single frame light flashes at random places.
@@MarcWeertsMusic I've never used Cycles... life is too short!
I haven't used Blender for a month or so... you don't use it, you lose it, especially with stuff like geometry nodes

Awesome work Marc. I like the way this piece evolves over time. Wonderful composition and breathtaking sounds. Especially the synth lead is incredible and wonderfully produced (reverb and so on)...Like 7 !!
