You’re literally not eating enough food, you’re in too much of a deficit with the workouts, on top of not eating enough in the first place. It’s been proven that 1,500 calories is not enough food to sustain someone.
Ok this is for Zane and Heath with their fitness, when you guys start working out you can't go right into it. You have to start light and ease your way into it. When you work out if you don't ease into it you will become weaker and will get injured even more. Rest is very important and don't over work yourselves. After each workout depending on what muscle group you did, you have to give it at least 24- 48 hours of rest for them to recover. Please don't hurt yourselves over this and make sure your posture is correct or you will get injured. Soreness is one thing but a pulled muscle is worse and will take longer to heal if you don't rest. As for the dieting and eating. You have to eat a lot. like 500 calories more than what you are used to because lifting weights and getting in shape requires a lot of calories. We only say this stuff because we care deeply about you guys, and want the best. Nothing can express the amount of love we all have for you guys and we truly support that you guys want to live better lives. We all love you and wish all good things for you guys.

You’re eating 1600 calories and trying to strength train? You’re at starvation calories guys. You’ll never have energy at this level. Could be losing at 2500 with added cardio and excess energy to push hard in the gym. It’s a lifestyle change you don’t just crash diet, you’ll rebound in months.
I work for a summer camp that’s networked through Girl Scouts. So they pay between 350-400$ for one week of camp; however, we do have cookie fundraisers that involves them selling a certain amount of cookies to get a “scholarship” for summer camp. If you’re older than 14, you can be a C.I.T where you pay for one week and they give you another week for free. Internships get paid for two weeks of work and you need to be 16-18.

Hi Zane!! I hate to break the news to you, but you are NOT saving the environment by using wet wipes. "Flushable" wipes should not be flushed down city sewers. They do not degrade and have to be scraped from the wastewater treatment plants filter systems. The resulting sludge then goes to landfills. Source: I'm an Environmental Engineer for a city wastewater treatment facility. PSA do not flush your "Flushable" wipes!! That is all marketing and not actually better for the environment.
I was a camp counselor at a sleep away camp- it was around $1,300/week for the campers, and the counselors got paid $80-120/week depending on rank (earning roughly 50 cents/hour). It was a blast- a nice lake, activities planned from 7am-9pm, fun staff, on-site nurse/chef, etc. After working there for years, I can say that the $1,300/camper/week (roughly 200 campers/week) mainly went toward speed boat leases. We had to lease 4-5 nice boats each summer, and we filled them up with gas every morning (hella $$$). That is where the money goes- the boats. Edit: and yes, it is legal for people to get paid $80/week- they covered our food and housing

What’s funny is exactly how Heath told Zane to look over for Ashton & Mila is exactly how my best friend told me to slowly look over when I saw Zane when I visited California 😭
I freaked the flip out!!
I really do appreciate these podcasts so much. It's like I am in the conversation with them and makes me feel like I actually have friends. You guys are so lucky to be surrounded by a good friend group. People like me would kill to have this connection.
just wanted to let mariah know I heard her “shit happens” joke and laughed my ass off thank you queen
Emphasizing this!! Just commented about nutrition! I hope Zane isn’t right saying they’re eating 1400 calories🙃
@@victoriaalonzo8893 I know right! That's isn't close to the amount they should be eating. That's less than what most fitness people eat in one meal
@@logsf18 I’m a kickboxing and nutrition coach. I’m eating 1700 calories as my deficit, not even to maintain 🥴 and I’m probably the leanest I’ve ever been at 25
@@victoriaalonzo8893 Very nice!! I'm not certified but I have a lot of knowledge from research and experience. I am thinking of becoming a certified personal trainer though. Yeah 1200 calories is what we should be eating a day... 200 more is nothing
isnt this is under ilya's control so you should really be telling him lol i dont know how much freedom they have as far as diet and exercise, but yeah they should def take it easy at first
I can’t get over how similar they are the the friends characters!!!!
Zane is Joey, Mariah is Monica, Matt is Ross, Heath is chandler, suzy is Rachel and devon can be phoebe!!!
mariah looks so good in this omg!! you all are looking great
Listening to you guys makes me feel great especially when I’m not feeling in the best moods, I know that if I just listen or watch one of your videos you guys will make me laugh!
Damnit guys I just started to eat chicken strips and they’re just talking about poop for 5 mins 😂😂😂
GIRL SAME, I was just starting to eat 😭
SAME LMAO
SAME
I was about it bite my Popeyes chicken sandwich and this mf started talking about poop
Me with chicken strips in my hand
zane poop story had me dying for 5 minutes straight , i love this man 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
this extreme diet sounds like a recipe for an eating disorder…
Honestly, it’s sounds like they had an issue with disordered eating to begin with. I don’t see how going from binging to restricting is going to lead to a healthy relationship with food
@@Sofia-gc4cn right!! losing a pound a day and having no rest days is going to backfire big time. plus life is too short to just eat bland chicken and broccoli everyday:(
yep 🙃
Zane and Heath: we’re on this super restrictive diet that doesn’t feel sustainable
Also Zane and Heath: with nume you build healthy eating habits where you don’t have to restrict. Use our code
I was looking for this comment😂😂😂
Lol been thinking this
I can’t hear a seat geek ad from anyone but David. I hear every ad in his voice 🤣
I’m proud that this podcast got that sponsorship. I feel like these guys all deserve it. I always loved Zane and Heath in the podcasts and then Mariah and Matt made it perfect. This is the only podcast I listen to each week without fail, other than Dark History by Bailey Sarian.
When Heath said “ I hope you have your check books” I thought he was going to say because his enemies are after him lmfaoo
okay Mariah looks amazing
First of all, Matt, thank you for bringing the blonde back🙌🏽❤️
In jamaica as an adventist. Sleepaway Camp is EVERYTHING! Hiking, the council, the pageants, the social, the cadet, singspiration, cheerleading, swimming, sports etc.... n back then it was only like the 30 USd. And moriah mentioned ccd but we had something similar called vbs. Its so fun listening to your version
Me grabbing lunch before starting the podcast… them talking about 💩 for 10 minutes straight 😂 LMAOOO
Zane talking about going to muslim kid camp gave me PTSD from when I got sent to go to a few different ones as a kid …… shit was rough
hey there incase you were wondering there are people eating while zane was telling the great story🤣🤣
Zane is just pure chaos this episode hahahahah
Been waiting for this, love this podcast 💯✨
You’re eating 1600 calories and trying to strength train? You’re at starvation calories guys. You’ll never have energy at this level. Could be losing at 2500 with added cardio and excess energy to push hard in the gym.
It’s a lifestyle change you don’t just crash diet, you’ll rebound in months.
The Silica gelpacs aren't toxic. They just say don't eat because they're a choking hazzard.
Thank you, I really wanted somebody to mention this, it was driving me crazy 🤣
I work for a summer camp that’s networked through Girl Scouts. So they pay between 350-400$ for one week of camp; however, we do have cookie fundraisers that involves them selling a certain amount of cookies to get a “scholarship” for summer camp. If you’re older than 14, you can be a C.I.T where you pay for one week and they give you another week for free. Internships get paid for two weeks of work and you need to be 16-18.
Zane’s poop story had to be replied 3 times it was that unbelievable 😂 only zane would eat while taking a dump 😂
Thsts gross eww no one should do that or even eat right after u shit thsts gross I don't do that if i have to shit I will wait like a hr or 2 after I shitted to eat again because thsts just gross
I’m so happy that heath and Zane are testing their limits and are choosing to live a healthier lifestyle! Y’all are the inspiration I need on my own personal “weight loss” journey❤️ (I’m really just trying to live a healthier life and learn to love myself)
A few years ago, I was listening to David’s podcast, Views, and spun out on the interstate and when I was in the ditch David and Jason were just talking it up while I was having a breakdown. Me and the car were fine though, just had me a bit shook up:)
bro mariah is my fave ♥️ she’s always so calm and soothing but also energetic? it’s amazing lmao
I do not understand how they don't see how unhealthy they're being w this diet thing. I don't get it. Do you guys hear yourselves talk? Please just eat normal instead of forcing urself to do this bs and then after x amount of time go back to drinking and feeling guilty, just to repeat the whole thing over again. Please be happily healthy in a balanced way 🥺 eat things u like ffs! Why shouldn't you!! Everything in moderation, even moderation. You guys are too smart to be doing bs like this come on now...
Hearing them talk about rich kids going on vacation growing up was so relatable and heartwarming 😂 love you all so much, so down to earth and genuine I love it =)
When I want to commit a crime I always listen to unfiltered
My favorite portion of each podcast episode is when they go down memory lane! “Remember…” ugh nostalgia
*turns on a podcast to relax on the drive home from work*
Mariah “someone has probably totaled their car while listening to the podcast”
I love the dynamic the four of you have! You bring a smile to my face every time I watch or listen. 😊
I was listening to their podcast when I got in my car accident over the summer and I couldn't see anything because the airbag hit me but all I could hear was them laughing 😂
Or the sludge is dried into cakes and burned so all the emissions go into the air.
So what the point of em
Zane, not even the FBI coulda gotten that egg bite story out of me
“I was working!” 😂😂😭 I love mariah HAHAHA, I’ll never forget the first time I had a toasted uncrustable 🤯🤤
I got into a car accident listening to unfiltered… I rolled my car and can confirm the podcast did not stop playing 😅😅
YES!!!! So happy you started to say the AND WE ARE UNFILTERED. It makes my heart so happy.
I watch with my newborn daughter and she always falls asleep when I start the podcast! 😅❤️
Matt is so well rounded omg lol him singing Encanto is so funny lol
Its 8pm here in Estonia. Laughing before sleeping makes my sleep better 😂
30:00 😅
Zane !! We all know those camps sucked, don't worry about it, nobody is coming at you for that 😂😂😂😂😂
I literally would be so bored if this podcast didn’t exist. I love you guys
