why wasn't rock titan #1 he literally just sits there
+Rigo Lemus yes i know his attack are super easy to avoid so really if you take 1+HP of damage against him you suck unless you aren't trying to avoid his attacks
>the first boss of the first game is the easiest
NOOOOOOOOOO WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT
The twilight thorn is pretty tough on Proud Mode. At least for me it was.
TheNewIsaac that makes no sense... XD *gave up on crit after getting stuck at 1st boss at 3D*
Joel Chowdhury
well, because you make more damage on critical and the lower health didnt bother you this early
you should re-do this with no first bosses, that's just dumb "first boss is too easy" Duh, it's introducing you to the game.
5. grim reaper
4. pete
3. twilight thorn
2. darkside
1. rock titan (aka xp machine)
Exactly the Rock Titan is a Joke like literally I was so surprised he didn't include it.
I died most on the first boss of the game (when you control roxas). i didnt find it easy at that time
As a kid I found it very difficult. Now I find it easy, unless it's on Critical of course.
It's only hard because Roxas controls like a tank with no gun. He moves so slow, he has no range whatsoever, you basically have to be in your enemies face to hit them.
I agree died 10 times because wasn't used to Kingdom hearts 2 dodge mechanic
Melaetas
Yeah it's just super easy when you've been playing the game for awhile. For beginners it actually not "easy" just at a normal difficulty
Melaetas if you played it in proud Mode or in critical I understand but if it was below that then you probably suck at the game
I feel like this needs to be said after number one:
In almost every boss battle that includes standard enemies on the side, they're only there to help you regain health. Sure, sometimes they add a bit extra to the experience, but they're usually intended as a crutch. Killing them for HP is not a unique strategy, but rather a key part of most boss battles. When they appear in the fight with Darkside it's to introduce you to exactly that concept.
Mr.deacle I thought it was to make some boss fights more interesting and give you somewhat a challenge depending on what the enemies may be since you have to multi task to fight both
i dont think tutorial bosses should be on such list
I was going to say this, but he told that because Twilight Thorn(example) was fun to fight and see he put into the list... a note to tell is that the boss may be simple to defeat, doesnt necessarily means its hard.
+Sir Wolfy twilight thorn should have been number 1, as you literally just pressed triangle. That's it. That's not a boss fight, that a workout for 1 finger whilst watching a UA-cam video.
Liam Mason i agree with seiga it shoudlnt even be on the list, it should only be bosses from axel the 2nd and onward
Are you kidding me? That cats name is lucifer??? Holy shit...
Georgia Andrea cats are de best ; - ; they made that aristocat movie
***** Exactly! I just played with my cats. Ho boy they have their tantrums on some days. But today, they are exceptionally affectionate. Love their personalities!
No Pete? He's pretty much a joke.
CloudeUltima
Yeah in Timeless River. you fight him alongside the Pete from that era.
Michael Smith you also fight him at the first time you visit the collosium
Michael Smith i was kidding xD i know he is a boss but he is far too easy. Even in critical mode :-/
Here is my totally legit top 5 easiest bosses
5. Sephiroth (kh1 ver)
4. Unknown
3. Vanitas Remnant
2. Unknown (Bbs version)
1. Lingering will
deceptiveauto lol lingering will is so easy like I beat him in one combo
Xemnas in kh1 was legit easy for me, went in knowing nothing and it just worked
the best and most true KH joke ever: press triangle to win
+emputtaja *waits till the intro and cutscenes are over* *presses triangle* *Gets 100% completion and a metal* ... KH2 in a nutshell
The first boss is supposed to be easy they shouldn't count. Where is jafar he was easy as fuck and it only takes a while to defeat him is because the parot keeps moving around.
5. TWTNW: Luxord (I have always been good at cards)
4. Beasts Castle: Possessed ball room
3. Roxas: Twilight Thorn
2. Timeless River: Pete
1. KH1: Dark Side Heartless
I was terrified of Darkside and made sure to never get hit... come one I was 5 as well and this thing summed up all the things that scared the sh*t out of me. Big, Dark, and obviously evil attacks that are probably going to murder me... I ran around him for like a total of half an hour.
Lol me too but when I saw how little damage he did I mashed x didn't die once
My top 5 hardest bosses are unexpected
1.Sephiroth from KH 2
2.Data-riku in KH re:coded all the fights with him
3.Behemoth from KH re:coded
4.Ice titan from KH re:coded
5.Grim reaper part 2 from KH2
Most bosses were easy for me I struggled picking numbers 3 and 4
5 twilight thorn/darkside kh1/kh2
4 behemoth from kh1 hollow bastion
3 xigbar after i learned how to get the final form this fight was too easy kh2
2 xemnas first battle with him outside of the clock tower kh2
1 rock titan quite literally "smack his leg till he falls over then hit him in the face"
My Top 5 Easiest Bosses:
5. Vexen Data Replica (KH 2.5 Remix) - Surprisingly easy compared to the other Data battles
4. Jafar - This could be any of his boss fights in KH1 or 2, they're all straightforward and not very taxing
3. Shan Yu (KHII) - Shan Yu is physically intimidating, but Valor Form, Dragontongue and reaction commands made this fight a breeze
2. Hector Barbossa - This fight was criminally easy. Didn't live up to the amazing character of Barbossa at all
1. Axel (Roxas fight in the Mansion Basement) - Visually amazing fight but very hand-holding and simple
So to sum up, Kingdom Hearts II was TOO EASY. As for my Top 5 Hardest Bosses, they would probably all be from Chain of Memories or Re:Chain of Memories, because COM is literally the Devil, and playing through it was like bathing in burning coals and venomous snakes.
The twilight thorn was actually difficult on proud mode if you didn't know exactly how to evade all its attacks
My easiest bosses
5, Twilight thorn ( KH2 )
4, The cat in ( birth by sleep )
3, Zemnas (KH2)
2, Pete ( KH2)
1, Leon (KH1)
Ventus' Final battle against Vanitas is actually REALLY easy, you can knock down his HP no time flat and it's only the 2nd part is where it does get a little harder, but it's still pretty easy to beat him in the reaction command battles, so yeah Vanitas is a pushover when he uses the X-Blade
Seriously I tried 8 times and I couldn't beat him. Man, I suck at games. :/
DeltaProxZP Here's a few tips, keep attacking him head on with normal keyblade attacks (commands are still good, as long they can attack him immediatly), even when he tries using an attack, keep attacking him and he will stagger and not use his attacks, also use dodge roll to some of his attacks whenever you need to, keep doing that until his HP runs out, and at the 2nd phase, whenever he's use a certain, use that same exact attack, (ex. when he's using shotlock, you use shotlock as well) and then try your best to beat him in a duel, it's easy if you know how to keep pressing the X button really fast, it's like this other attcks as well, if you need any more help let me know
WreckitFinntheSonic Thanks! :D I never really actually used the Dodge Roll once, and yet I can get this far...
***** The ultimate keyblade that wasn't finished... now if it was finished, maybe a different story.
Also the rock Titan should've had an honorable mention, not only because of how embarrassingly easy he was, but because of how we pretty much all expected him to be extremely difficult with him being the last match of the hades cup
i was 14 had trouble with dragon maleficent that bitch took 3 months
***** has nothing to do with being a fast learner dude it takes strategy
5. Saix
4. Jafar Genie
3. Malificent
2. Pete
1. Hook
They're easy in Proud Mode
1:Hades 2;Beast 3;Pete 4;Maleficient 5;Ansem
I found Darkside KH1 a great first boss. sure its easy to hack his hands and grab a some health from shadows on the odd chance you take a hit. but it offers more depth to players who take the time to reflect his ranged attacks back at his face (which is rewarded with xp) and also you can run up his arm and go ham on his face for bonus damage.
Interesting but I disagree with this list entirely.
-Storm Rider actually is considered hard enough that SE made it a Mickey fight. Not that hard but not super easy. He's out of range a lot, so the fight takes a long time.
-Twilight Thorn is pretty difficult for an introductory boss. Healing is extremely limited and he spams thorns and summons Creepers that are hard to avoid while comboing.
-Lucifer I agree with. Fun fight though.
-Grim Reaper's first fight is a breeze but his second encounter is notorious and many players dread it on every playthrough. It is a long fight that gives ample opportunity for the player to slip up, and running out of ethers is a definite. I personally love this fight.
-Darkside honestly doesn't count in my opinion, yes it's super easy but it is a tutorial boss. You could argue Twilight thorn is too, but it's a fair ways into the prologue of KH2 gameplay wise.
Chernabog in KH3D was so easy! You could easily avoid everything by spamming Y and once you reached him you just pressed one single button (which you didn't even had to time carefully) and it would deplete a whole bar.
Wow I'm actually legitimately surprised Pete isn't on here.
Personally, my easiest bosses were the mcp and the version of xemnas you fight at memory skyscraper. The mcp is INSANELY easy. All you have to do is hit sarks knees and press triangle. And xemnas because the only real damage he puts in is his guard, and his blade combos. It's a really simple boss.
What about someone like, i don't know, the Darksider? It can't even be considerated a boss. I can't think on how can someone die against him
Tbh...the 2 elemental heartless Pete summon in KH2 were easier than pretty much all of these. Literally no strategy is required. Mash mash mash. At least some of these could kill you if you got careless on proud or critical.
Darkside also looks super deadly, so it's all the more surprising when you play it KH for the first time and wreck him without breaking a sweat. Definitely agree with the #1.
My top 5 (5 being easy, 1 being easiest. Also sidenote, I haven't played BBS yet or any others):
1. KH2 Ursala - if she can even be considered a boss
2. KH1 Darkside - you can easily beat him without getting hit
3. KH1 Jafar - obviously, because all he does is throw meteors you can dodge or knock back at him
4. KH1 Behemoth - boss turned random encounter. Hah.
5. KH2 Volcanic/Blizzard Lord - pretty simple to beat.
About boss turned random encounter, it can be bullshit, just look at Chac from FFX-2
I think Ursula can't be a boss just because there isn't any fight and because they touch Ursula something like 2 times, then they swim away
Aeternitas Ankondrivah Are you talking about the undead snail with giant teeth in Via Infinito? *shudder* I hate that place. People who say FFX-2 is a joke of a game obviously never went to the Via Infinito. Don't forget the Mega Tonberries that only show up in narrow hallways so you can't avoid them! The Omega/Ultima Weapons are easier than those guys.
Top 5 easiest bosses.
1,2,3,4,5: Kingdom hearts 3 (pre critical mode)
To be honest, captain gantu in birth by sleep was an absolute joke.
I love the new intro!
5. Twilight Thorn-KH II Station of Awakening (Roxas Episode)
4. Cursed Coach-BBS Castle of Dreams (Aqua's Story)
3. Volcanic/Blizzard Lord-KH II Agrabah (First Visit)
2. Symphony Master-BBS Castle of Dreams (Terra's Story)
1. Prison Keeper-KH II Halloween Town (First Visit)
Guard Armor from 358/2 days is pretty easy considering what it's billed as. The previous 2 "unidentified giant heartless" took me several tries to kill. Guard Armor...was kinda easy comparatively. I had more trouble with the challenges that you did BEFORE him.
I just beat Twilight Thorn on Critical Mode recently and he was so ridiculously easy. I literally beat him in the first combo of attacks I did on him. Some bosses I also found so easy were the Vexen and Axel fights in Re Chain of Memories. In the Vexen fights I stacked my deck with a bunch of fire and constantly spammed firaga on him and for the Axel fights I stacked my decks with a bunch of blizzards and constantly spammed blizzaga on him.
Vanitas on Critical Mode in BBS as Ventus's final battle.
Xehanort on Critical Mode in BBS as Terra's final battle.
Xemnas on Critical from KH2 during the end.
Those fights never really gave me trouble when I played them.
Excluding first bosses:
5: Xemnas Phase 1 (KH2)
4: Behemoth (KH1)
3: Grim Reaper Phase 1 (KH2)
2: Genie Jafar (KH1)
1: Rock Titan (KH1)
Could you do a top 5 triangle buttons(reaction) commands from Kingdom Hearts 2. Great video ;)
Lol, my friend died to Lucifer on beginner mode. It was fun to watch.
Rock Titan is by far the easiest boss in KH.
Darkside might be really easy but I have to admit I still love him. What a way to open the game with a giant creepy heartless with a heart shaped hole in his chest. You also have to remember, most people that played KH when it first came out were young kids anyway.
I'm not sure if this counts but what about past Pete from the black and white world? He does 0 damage and he's a wuss.
Hm... Let's see if he has the requirements of a boss.
Needs a finisher to defeat it? Yes.
Has a desperation move? No.
Has a reaction command? Yes.
I think he counts mostly as a mini-boss, but a boss nonetheless.
What you're not gonna put Julius on here
What about earthshaker in Pride Lands?
simple and clean is the way that these bosses make me feel tonight.
The very first boss from KH1 you don't even need to beat tho, I'm not even sure you're supposed to beat him, as the same cut-scene will happen either way.. I remember I found him hard, cause he has quite a bit of health, and when you're 8-9 years old and you have no clue what you're doing it's not an easy task imo.
Anyways, great videos, man! Keep it up, subbed. :)
I would really think all bosses can be the same. As long as you learn their attacks and see if there's a pattern and anticipate, there's a chance you'll win
What about the rock Titan in kh1 that was the easiest for me
Now my top 5 annoying bosses these were not hard to pick at all
1.Data-riku from re:coded (I did this on proud at level 15 once it was the bane of my existence)
2.Xemnas from KH2
3.Demyx from KH2
4.Dragon from re:coded
5.Guarded Armor from Re:coded
These are also bosses that took me awhile to beat also I would add sephiroth If I did beat him but I cannot resume KH2 because my ps2 broke... 1 like = 1 more chance for me to continue
and pete?
I personally would have put Chernabog from Dream Drop Distance on there somewhere. His attacks are easy to dodge, even when he changes them up as the fight continues, and all you need to do to beat him is hit him three times and that's it.
I find the Hollow Bastion Riku fight, the one in the room where you get the Oblivion Keyblade, to be the absolute easiest fight in the entire game. I literally just kept up a constant stream of attacks on him nonstop, and the fight lasted about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Other then that, I agree with the list in this video.
When you mentioned Lucifer, I was thinking how PETA might have hated Square Enix for making that a boss fight
I'm surprised that no one found the oogie boss from kingdom hearts 2 to be easy
Storm Rider was really easy, but I felt so epic fighting against him...especially when I killed him using the reaction command and it left Sora all posed O.O XD I loved it!
Sephiroth was easy as hell in KH2.
Just get Air Dodge and Reflectga and you're good.
Dude c'mon. You completely overlooked Pete from the Timeless River in Kingdom Hearts II. THAT was the easiest boss fight ever.
Awesome vid dude!
As much as I can agree with most of these, Critical mode honestly manages to make stormrider and minor bosses like that a nightmare, mostly because if you mess up (and you don't have once more) you'll most likely be starting all over again. Although I guess it's less "difficult' and more 'frustrating, I've Been Here For Five Hours And I Keep Failing To Dodge, Why Is Life Difficult, I Used To Have Friends"
Storm Rider was more a pain in the ass for me as opposed to easy, because I could *not* keep on top of his back for whatever reason.
I think the Grim Reaper was ridiculously easy also because by the time you've encountered him, you're becoming incredibly powerful and have plenty of moves in your arsenal to wipe the floor with him.
When I first played KH2.5, I didn't know I could just grind a bit before fighting the giant nobody...
I died to that thing more times than I did to Lingering Will.
must... resist... urge... to post comment rank...
Ryou Misaki lets get him guys >:(
Give me strength!!!!!*points keyblade upward*
josue rodriguez
If a friend calls me a freak, i just go on UA-cam. The only place where I am "normal" :D
5. Demyx I - Olympus Coliseum (KH II)
4. Rock Titan (KH I)
3. Oogie Boogie (KH I)
2. "Please, Master!" - Beast, calm down (KH II)
1. Ursula's Revenge (KH II)
I had too much trouble at the beginning of KH2, on Proud.
Then in Critical it was a piece of cake.
My top 3
1. Saix -KH 358/2 days (I hoped an epic fight, but it was easy)
2. axel-KH RE:COM (larxene´s battle is harder, i defeated him after 3 attemps
3. xenmas- KH II (I don´t have any idea,it suppose that he is the strongest member of the organization, luxord´s battle was harder)
Captain hook from Ventus's Story in Birth By Sleep is the easiest boss I've ever fought EVER! Why? Time Splicer actually STOPS him. He actually couldn't do ANYTHING!!!
The storm rider was a boss that took long to defeat. It gave the illusion of difficulty when in reality it was a snooze fight
wanna make Darkside a little tougher: get though the whole fight only attacking his head, the openings are short as shit, and the biggest damage you can deal is returning those dark volleys it releases from its chest, which without the block command requires some seriously good timing. Personally to me the easiest boss is definitely Riku in 358/2 Days, Roxas gives him Oblivion and he still goes down like a little bitch
That's because Riku IS a little bitch at that point in time. *doesn't even care about Riku fangirls*
Sarah Bob true enough, though at the same time I mildly disagree with you, I'm no Riku fan (not diehard anyway), but bear in mind that this takes place only a single day before KH2 begins, so unless Riku gained an insane power boost in just over 24 hours, they messed his fight up
kurosakikun96 Yeah he actually did gain a power boost in a way. He let out all his darkness, and then captured Roxas
Easiest and hardest bosses in my opinion (I PLAY ON CRITICAL MODE!!!)
Easy:
5. Xaldin (Beast's Castle)
4. Pete (Timeless River)
3. Hades (Olympus Colosseum)
2. Storm Rider (The Land of Dragons)
1. Twilight Thorn (Twilight Town)
Hard:
5. Roxas (World That Never Was) - Such a pain..
4. Ansem (The end battle in KH1)
3. Terra
2. Riku
1. Xemnas
Here are mine but I have only played Kingdom hearts 2 and re:coded so yeah
1.Iago/Jafar from re:coded
2.Darkside from re:coded
3.Twilight tjorn from Kingdom hearts 2 as roxas
4.Axel from the Kingdom hearts 2 as roxas
5.Trickester from Kingdom hearts re:coded boss of wonderland
(I do not consider Pete a boss from Kingdom hearts 2)
I like your list there, lucifer, grim reaper and Darkside are pretty easy indeed.
The easiest bosses I faced were Darkside, Guard Armor, stealth sneak and behemoth
>no pete easiest boss in kh history
Ansem in CoM.
He wasn't hard in KH1, but it was satisfying to beat him. In CoM, I didn't even know I was anywhere near his last health bar until I just won.
Top 5 easiest boss battles:
5.) Shan Yu (Kingdom Hearts 2)
4.) The Reaper Heartless (Kingdom Hearts 2)
3.) Lucifer (Kingdom Hearts Birth by sleep)
2.) Twilight Thorn (Kingdom Hearts 2)
1.) Darkside (Every Kingdom Hearts game we have to fight him.)
Great stream tonight!
Here's my top 5:
5. Dark Side (KH1)
4. Twilight Thorn (KH2)
3. Axel (KH2)
2. Pete (KH2)
1. Ursula (KH2 and Dream Drop Distance)
Not sure if this counts as a boss, but you know that giant Ghost Heartless from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days in Halloween Town? That gave me my very own fisherman's tale: I once managed to get through the entire fight with it without it attacking me once. Never saw me.
Cynical, may I suggest a top 5 best hairstyles? i would suppose there are characters in KH that have some pretty awesome hair that you may like.
Wow. I feel old. When you were 5, I was 11. That's when I my PS2 and Kingdom Hearts was my first game for it.
I think it all depends on what level one is and the difficulty. I remember on my first playthrough I was near ko'd multipule times and I had to grind. Because of this series, it takes me longer to beat a game since I choose to a certain level before moving on when I play rpgs.
A lot of these bosses despite being easy are actually pretty fun IMO.
CONGRATS CNNICAL 23,000
Timeless river Pete
I really just want a copy of the Saix trollface picture.
Great video! :D
I have to disagree with Twilight Thorn. In Beginner and Normal it may be easy but in Proud and Critical it poses a decent challenge because he can KO you in two or three hits. Besides it's attacks are rather erratic and it summons those pesky low rank Nobodies that can also deal decent damage if they hit you.
should tutorial bosses count? bosses like darkside or twilight thorn are DESIGNED to be easy to give the player an introduction to the boss fight mechanic
I did not find the Mulan dragon one easy. Was I worried about being killed, no. Like you said it can't do much to hurt you.
But actually completing it was tedious and took longer than some of the other bosses you can just hack away at.
Cynical bro, you at 23k👍. I'm telling you this now you will get to 30k by the end if the year trust me. And I caught most of your stream lays night👌
The Boss fights in KH2 are some of the easiest in the series.
Sephiroth is so easy.
***** Stop lol "extremely easy"? No, you did not beat him on your first try or your second without any help. I still haven't beaten him on kh2 but I probably will when 2.5 comes out, but I will die plenty of times
Some good points, but I feel it isn't really "fair" to put tutorial level bosses on the list.
Darkseid #1 and Twilight Thorn
Definitely agreeable about Darkside. But obviously when you're making the first boss of a game, you can't make them too difficult for players. Not to mention since he appears right after the player is given a quick intro to combat, movement, and other things. If he were more faster and stronger, more than likely players would get tired of dying and put the game down.
Second time I fought the guy I'll admit I died countless times.. Lol.
Easiest bosses?
3. Sephiroth (Kingdom Hearts I)
2. Mysterious Figure (Birth By Sleep)
1. Lingering Will (Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix)
Organization VII only if you're asain
KenniCrazy -LOL-
KenniCrazy but grammar though.
9robin3 Yeah he is
Red Ikr
