How To Archive An Amazon Order On Mobile

Let's show you how to archive your Amazon orders while on your phone or mobile device.
In this video, I walk you through the steps to archive an Amazon order while on your phone. You cannot do this using the actual Amazon app as the mobile version doesn't have this feature so you will have to use a web browser instead of the app. Additionally, you will have to Request Desktop Settings on your browser using the menu option on your browser. Once you have done this, you then click on Returns & Orders at the top right, and then at the bottom of any order, you can click on Archive Order and then confirm that you want to archive the order. Note that this archives all the items in the order. This does not permanently delete the order and it can be unarchived. Go to Accounts & Lists, under Your Account click on Account and click on Archived Orders and you can select any order to unarchive.

Hello, Once I clicked on Returns and Orders, I'm not seeing the archive tab :(

The same problem was with me too. Web page has been modified by Amazon.... That's y u are not able to find out.... But there is a solution.... Mention the order name in Search orders tab of Amazon web page.... Here that specific order would come out.... Thereafter select that order.... There would be an option 'Unarchive' link below that order....select that Unarchive link.... That order will reflect back in general orders.

On the phone's Chrome, when viewing the Amazon orders, this is not how it looks. Yours has it looking as it does on a computer, on the mobile Chrome, it looks as it does when looking at the mobile app, no archive button, just the orders that you must click to view details-no archive choice seen.

Hi Refet! Amazon doesn’t allow the complete deletion of order history due to their privacy and security policies. Archiving is the closest option they provide to help hide orders from your main history.
