Social democracy is possible only through proportionate representation in all government and private institutions by executing national caste census and there by providing higher education and employment to our citizens. Equal opportunities and proportionate representation matters very sensitively to actualize social democracy.
But what is happening to that democracy is Guruji.. unfortunately His great visions are not visualising, If there are no congress or opposition parties this BJP will not listen to the public.

Dr. Ambedkar's Constitution also mentions the fundamental duty to increase the scientific temperament among the Indians. You know what I mean...
