  • Paneer Khurchan or 'scraped paneer' is an easy, quick and delicious North Indian semi-dry curry made with paneer in an onion-tomato-capsicum base. This is a Punjabi tawa paneer recipe that is a very famous and common dish found at dhabas. Do try this and let me know in the comments!
    Ingredients for Paneer Khurchan
    Mustard oil 2 Tablespoon
    Kashmiri Chilly whole 2 Number
    Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoon
    Green chilli paste 1 Tea Spoon
    Dice Tomato 2 Number
    Broken Cashew 50gm
    Water 100 ml.
    Let's cool and grind into a fine paste for gravy.
    Please Take Tawa
    Add mustard oil 2 Tablespoon
    Whole Jeera 1 Teaspoon
    Slice onion 1 number
    Slice tomato 1/2 number
    Green capsicum 1/3 number
    Yellow capsicum 1/3 number
    Red capsicum 1/3 number
    Paneer 200 gm
    salt 1 Teaspoon
    Chilly powder 1 Tea Spoon
    Coriander powder 1 Tea Spoon
    Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
    Amchur powder 1/2 Teaspoon
    Add the paste of gravy.
