As a bengali I can say that this is not at all bengali aloor chop. We don't put ajwan in besan and we don't put peanuts in the aloo mixer. Aloo mixer is done with chopped garlic and green chilly. And we never ever put chopped coriander in aloo mixer because it will ruin the typical flavor and taste of bengali aloor chop. We put kalonji in besan batter.
