Thats not true, while yes piccolos ability to regenerate lies within a particular part of his brain that sends a message to the rest of his body allowing himself to regenerate, given he has enough energy to be able to. Cell is different, he has piccolos ability to regenerate but over the course of 20 years of engineering cells body, gero or his computer rather integrated the memory of the unique ability into every single cell in cells body so that even if his body is blown to itty bitty pieces, as long as at least one cell survives the newly reformed body will remember everything the old one did and come back even stronger.

I'm pretty sure Piccolo is stronger than Goten and Trunks Individually. He might even be able to take them together because of his superior experience and fighting ability. Though it's debatable I think that Piccolo's power levels are typically somewhere between SSJ and SSJ2(preteen gohan). I'd put Piccolo as the second strongest non saiyan fighter after Uub.
Elyxr Goten's and trunk's base power level as shown in the special son goku and his friend's return is a little stronger than 1st form frieza so i would say somewhere along 600000 so that means that they are weaker than full power frieza,not to mention they are untrained supersaiyans unlike goku and its pretty obvious that they are not 1/100 as strong as their father's in base form let alone piccolo.

The thing is people mention that Cell shouldn't come back and they kind of explained that every cell in Cell's body can regenerate on it's own so he's not just a clone of Piccolo, he's a modified clone meaning he can do things the original can't do as he has Frieza and Goku's cells too where Freiza can survive with half his head blown off and saiyan cells that allow him to grow stronger. Combination of that also allows him to survive with almost nothing but his cells. Cell can regenerate without losing drastic amounts of power like Piccolo such as if Piccolo is weak or tired he is more likely to die against things that normally wouldn't kill him such as a death beam to the chest or almost dying from Imperfect Cell's blast to the stomach. Cell regenerates faster, loses less energy from it and so it stands that he can regenerate any part of his body because he's a modified clone of everyone.

Thats not true, while yes piccolos ability to regenerate lies within a particular part of his brain that sends a message to the rest of his body allowing himself to regenerate, given he has enough energy to be able to. Cell is different, he has piccolos ability to regenerate but over the course of 20 years of engineering cells body, gero or his computer rather integrated the memory of the unique ability into every single cell in cells body so that even if his body is blown to itty bitty pieces, as long as at least one cell survives the newly reformed body will remember everything the old one did and come back even stronger.

I'm pretty sure Piccolo is stronger than Goten and Trunks Individually. He might even be able to take them together because of his superior experience and fighting ability. Though it's debatable I think that Piccolo's power levels are typically somewhere between SSJ and SSJ2(preteen gohan). I'd put Piccolo as the second strongest non saiyan fighter after Uub.

Elyxr Goten's and trunk's base power level as shown in the special son goku and his friend's return is a little stronger than 1st form frieza so i would say somewhere along 600000 so that means that they are weaker than full power frieza,not to mention they are untrained supersaiyans unlike goku and its pretty obvious that they are not 1/100 as strong as their father's in base form let alone piccolo.

The thing is people mention that Cell shouldn't come back and they kind of explained that every cell in Cell's body can regenerate on it's own so he's not just a clone of Piccolo, he's a modified clone meaning he can do things the original can't do as he has Frieza and Goku's cells too where Freiza can survive with half his head blown off and saiyan cells that allow him to grow stronger. Combination of that also allows him to survive with almost nothing but his cells. Cell can regenerate without losing drastic amounts of power like Piccolo such as if Piccolo is weak or tired he is more likely to die against things that normally wouldn't kill him such as a death beam to the chest or almost dying from Imperfect Cell's blast to the stomach. Cell regenerates faster, loses less energy from it and so it stands that he can regenerate any part of his body because he's a modified clone of everyone.
