I have a really hard time myself putting eye drops in but if you put it where your tear duck is and you can close your eyes and squeeze the bottle where your tear duct is it'll go into your eye easily like literally stick to eyeball right there in your tear duck area and close eyes squeeze bottle

And the company is completely ignoring me. Won’t respond to any email or message sent on social. I know you worked with them can you give any advice? 😞😞
