Love this channel, but this video was very disappointing. These are advances in technology, ingenious? So many of them still require manual labor as shown in the clips. And man of these clips are so abbreviated you can hardly tell what's even going on. With the cars, you barely even get a glimpse of them and you abruptly change to something else. Much of this video was bewildering and confusing or just disappointing. Sorry, just some honest feedback. Love the channel overall.

That "canoe" isn't a canoe. It's a boat type commonly used in part of China and Thailand where the waters are very shallow. It's called longtail.
