Then verbally antagonizing her family about it (not knowing it was caused by theft then a suicide) was aggressive AND an act of violence. Ashley enabling her perverted husband from legal ramifications of multiple assaults is an act of violence against the victims. Ashley teasing and mocking Karen about her misfortunes was aggressive and unnecessary. Ashley claiming Monique was a drunk and caused her own miscarriage via alcohol was aggressive and an act of violence. Ashley verbally attacking Katie to tears about her mental state during her child custody case (in which she lost and also miscarried her baby) was violent and aggressive. Ashley coming to Candiaces home SOLELY to confront and humiliate her. Then refused to leave after several request, and trespassed in utter disrespect. Ashley not admitting she initiated the argument with Candiace b4 going into labor, then manipulating Candiace into more apologies while trying to bait her actions into a justification of her writing a statement assasinating her character was manipulative, and an act of violence.

Bottom line, Ashley was helping her friend. She didn’t believe Monique should go to jail, for possibly 10 years, for snatching Candace after she provoked her every time she saw her. Every single person on that show has wanted to do the same thing. Her own mama hit her last year. I want to hit her. I’m sure her own husband wants to slap the shit out of her. Really a 60 yo woman with no real friends , tells a story within itself. She is mean , vindictive and bitchy .
Her whole storyline is Giselle and her entire worth is her appearance . That's why Ray not being dazzled by her is sooo hard . She is empty inside . She puts herself on a pedestal and lies constantly to stay there.
It amazes me how self-absorbed and incapable (or unwilling) they are of putting themselves in each other's shoes, even for a moment. If any of them were in a situation where they needed someone to write a statement on their behalf (especially if they were facing jail time), they would more than welcome Ashley and anyone else to do so, but since it's for Monique... I hope they keep this same energy should any more tax or failing business issues arise in the future.

@@ruthfrank8106 Candiace already admitted that while some of the ladies (herself included) were sitting together plotting ways to get Monique off the show, at least one of them was willing to lie and say that Monique's (then) infant son was her trainer's and not her husband's, so very few of them have clean hands, and very little room to judge anyone. What happened between Monique and Candiace, happened between Monique and Candiace. There was no reason for anyone else to get involved, least of all try to destroy her marriage.
