@@360Securities Pls re-check the connections of Lock with Outdoor unit. See video from 32:50 onwards. You mentioned GND of Outdoor to +ve of Lock - when diagram shows GND of outdoor unit with -ve of Lock....You made the opposite connections and still lock worked. Pls clarify this Also I want the detailed connections if I have to connect Lock 2 with same outdoor unit. Pls give me the diagram from that. Thank You

Thanks a lot for this video. I had 603 model installed from a local dealer but it wouldnt connect to my phone. Even the tech couldnt find out the reason. It would work if I connected LAN directly from my modem and he said it is the only way. But I followed your configuration and it worked! The DNS values were the culprit.

We also have issue in neighbours doorphone where the tampering alert sound goes off 4-5 times randomly throughout the day without any human intervention. It's very loud and irritating, and even after paying AMC charges to the company, they are unable to differentiate cancel sound and this alert sound. They claim that the sound occurs after pressing the cancel button, but that sound exactly matches what I heard at 14:17 in this video. Thank you for explaining. I don't understand why people are getting AMC if they are not aware of this sound and how to fix it. Thanks a lot I'll show those AMC people this clip.
tampering alert is only when the outdoor unit it not firmly fixed with the wall, u can check the once sir

@@360Securities update: purchased this on 14th Feb, received on 19th Feb. After that, more or less no professional service offered. Had to take follow ups to send the Freelancer who would be setting up the devices. Finally today the person came to configure the same. However, the outdoor unit is not getting detected. Spent 3 hours till now trying all possible options. But to no avail. Then tried reaching out for support to Vishal but all our calls went unanswered. Finally received a response that he is travelling and wont respond for 3 hours. Amazing customer service Vishal. The only reason why I purchased from you and not from elsewhere is solely due to the support you had guaranteed. But I don't see any support after purchase.
Would suggest others not to buy from 360securities.

Sir, you got a mistake in vedio during connection setup process. You have connected NO1 with Negative of E lock & GND with Positive of E Lock.. It is vice versa actually... Rest was amazing👍👍

Sir, great video. Very helpful. Also could you tell of we can install indoor and outdoor units withour PoE support by giving 12V DC supply to both units and connecting indoor & outdoor units using a normal patch cord? Because in some cases VDP is not preplanned hence cables are not laid.

Helpful video thank you.....already installed same model of ip vdp, unfortunately secureye lock connected with it not working....i think because of voltage drop....i checked at oudoor unit voltage is below 12v and is not sufficient to unlock....distance between indoor and outdoor unit is about 60 mtr....kindly explain what will be the reason

@@360Securities Please let me know in detail. According to my knowledge we use PoE only for indoor and outdoor devices communication along with power supply. Why we can't connect it with Single PoE instead of 4 PoE? We connect single IP Camera with cat6 by following this method. Don't mistake me. It's my doubt. We always try to reduce the budget for client. I am asking on that basis.
