Crow decoying tips plus why hunt crows

Some footage from outskirts of Bodmin moor. Three hours of shooting as the weather was horrendous, but did manage a few birds between the rain. Gun is Winchester SXP and cartridges are a mix of what's left in my cartridge bag, mainly 32gr of 6.

Nicely put together video. And don't don't worry about being rusty lol we all have days like that whether your out every week or have a break from it for a while. It's been a few months since I was out after corvids so it could be interesting lol keep the vids coming 👍

Nice to see you have returned to youtube but why on earth didn't you shoot the 1st bird that was on the end of your gun ? And its the beaks that do more damage then the claws

I had only just sat down from setting up. Don't think gun was even loaded! Agree about the beaks. I just saw all their claws and though I wouldn't want to be gripped in them.

The field was drilled about two weeks ago but due to the extreme weather we've had, not been able to get out.
