The National Basketball Association (NBA) is the major men's professional basketball league in North America, and is widely considered to be the premier men's professional basketball league in the world. It has 30 teams (29 in the United States and 1 in Canada), and is an active member of USA Basketball (USAB),[2] which is recognized by FIBA (also known as the International Basketball Federation) as the national governing body for basketball in the United States. The NBA is one of the four major professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada. NBA players are the world's best paid athletes by average annual salary per player.[3][4]
The league was founded in New York City on June 6, 1946, as the Basketball Association of America (BAA).[1][5] The league adopted the name National Basketball Association on August 3, 1949, after merging with its rival National Basketball League (NBL). The league's several international as well as individual team offices are directed out of its head offices located in the Olympic Tower at 645 Fifth Avenue in New York City. NBA Entertainment and NBA TV studios are directed out of offices located in Secaucus, New Jersey.
The NBA originated in 1946 with 11 teams, and through a sequence of team expansions, reductions, and relocations currently consists of 30 teams. The United States is home to 29 teams and one is located in Canada.
The current league organization divides thirty teams into two conferences of three divisions with five teams each. The current divisional alignment was introduced in the 2004-05 season. Reflecting the population distribution of the United States and Canada as a whole, most teams are in the eastern half of the country: thirteen teams are in the Eastern Time Zone, nine in the Central, three in the Mountain, and five in the Pacific.
The Boston Celtics have won the most championships with 17 NBA Finals wins. The second most successful franchise is the Los Angeles Lakers, who have 16 overall championships (11 in Los Angeles, 5 in Minneapolis). Following the Lakers, are the Chicago Bulls with six championships, all won over an 8-year span during the 1990s. The San Antonio Spurs have five championships, all since 1999, and the Golden State Warriors also have five championships overall (2 in Philadelphia, 3 in Oakland).

Brent barry🔥⚡
Guy won the dunk contest with a free throw dunk. He has very few decent in-game dunks tho cause he was a shooter first. This is one of them.
Hell Yea!! 😆... Surprise Rodman ain't shoved him in the air 😆😂😂...

Bill Worrell is a hype man fanboy when highlights occur and Bochi Nachbar was garbage. What would you think the play would result in?
Sounded more like Calvin Murphy as he does broadcasting for Rockets games (even on the road) - former HOF player for them .....
It deserved that kind of energy. One of the great moments in NBA history
This dunk was VERY underrated.... a game time dunk at that.
1:57 wait this man did a between the legs dunk!? Why I didn’t know that
Brent Barry and Stromile swift most underrated dunkers of all time
Rick Hooper I wouldn't say that. Brent was alright, and Swift is a top 5 dunking PF ever.
The Chosen Moose Brent Barry was a freak Boi
Roger Roger I mean is he underrated?
The Chosen Moose Do u see people talk about him?
The Chosen Moose people never talked about Brent barry lol, that's why he's underrated people won't even mention his free throw line dunk in the dunk contest or I bet people didn't even know he would dunk on dudes daily
I have only seen two of those dunks and I've watched heaps of dunking videos so good job
this is excellent. had no idea about barry posterizing rodman
mightymarg that dunk was average. It’s only hyped up because Barry is white.
Who else wants to be able to dunk right now
PBA
Just gotta practice and do leg workouts lol
That whiteboy dunked on Rodman bruh damnnn
Ahmed Ibrahim Brent Bones Barry
"That white boy" is the son of a Hall of Famer, and goes 6'6" and can dunk from the free throw line. Did I mention he won the slam dunk contest? Yeah, "that white boy".
My favorite part is when he gives clear and concise interviews without placing blame on his teammates for losses and not arrogantly taking all the credit during wins.
Ahmed Ibrahim white men CAN jump
Y’all getting mad at him for saying white boy, just tell him who it is then 😂
4:00, how many steps was that? 😂😂
Michael De Jesus counted 4
Yo its my man steve francis he does what he wants
☺
That's why rasheed Wallace was screaming travel behind him

Ali saad who's that player?
JeanPaulOD That was Stromile Swift. One of the most vicious dunks I've ever seen.
The moment when the Kobe dunk was the weakest of them all. Lol
His head was at the rim, tf you talking about
1:04 I still get goosebumps from that dunk. Top 10 best dunks ever.
I wish Desmond Mason was in this video he is the most underrated dunker of all time

Great vid 👍Now make a part two and include some Antonio McDyess and Micheal Finley posterizations. Those were some baaaad men. Hornets Baron Davis too....and Kenyon Martin....and Keon Clark. Ok I’ll stop now😋
Tony Allen showboating down 23 late in the 4th 😂...lucky he didn’t get his ass kicked
Tony Allen self alley hoop wind mind as crazy. Never saw that before.

Yo most of these I’ve never seen wth!! Great video 👍
1:11 Gerald Wallace dunk still gets me pumped up all these years later.
These dunks are way underrated
4:17 how was that an offensive foul? His own teammates were impressed by Richardson’s dunk 🤣
Keon Clark's dunk on Shawn Bradley should have been on this!
Wallace’s duck was like he’s going to dance

Awesome dunks... but man do NBA players travel a lot when they dunk, and or carry the ball in the process.
Stromile Swift tho... and 1
Richard Jefferson got a lot of victims
Shannon brown- lakers
1:53 Ricky Davis' in game between the legs dunk is one of the most impressive. Too bad he was a bone headed player.
Alex Caruso
You make good videos fam
Stromile has about 10 that could be on this list. Easily the most underrated dunker, ever.
Weird title but ok. How can you rate a dunk that isn’t in a dunk contest
Subscribed!!!
Çok kötü bir video bir sürü eksik isim var derleme yapılırken atlanan çok kişi olmuş beğenmedim
"First name is Russel last name is Westbrook"-Deion Sanders if he covered the NBA
So we just going to forget about Vince Carter Dominque Williams Shawn Kemp Tracey Mcgrady Baron Davis
4:22 me vs you
LeBron James vs Wizards in 2008. The alley oop.
Brent Barry posterizing Rodman and Stromile Swift. Goddamn. Swift's dunk was so nasty, I could consider it murder.
This video is garbage if you dont have Jordans. Pippen. George paul AAAAAND Kevin Johnson on Hakeem
Cool video compilation. But the music distorts at all volume levels. Maybe bad equalizer settings or trying to enhance bass? Definitely distortion though.
Might some 76ers fans could help me. I remember it was AI's Rookie Year he stole the ball and Stackhouse was at his right side, AI thrown a bad and too high alley hoop and Stack finished it backwards with an inhuman leap almost from free throw line but it's impossible to find it on UA-cam
Who dat nigga at 1:06 that was some nasty MJ like shit, specially when you see the slowmo? Brent Berry dunk on Rodman should be in the history books definitely: a) he's white b) it's on Rodman. Good video man, i never saw some of these dunks and they are totally underrated.
Tf is shaq doing here all his dunks are amazing none of them are "underrated"
Eyy respect for the upload bruh. I was expecting some click bait shit. Nasty dunks nasty video
Derek Fisher with hair SHIIII....back when the Lakers where the team to beat!
0:30 Brent madafakin' Barry #1
Actually many of them are blatant offensive fouls...
OMG Brent Barry had hops!!! The way I look at the guy like he couldn't jump when he shows up on ESPn
I love how so many people in this comment section are casuals.
The most underrated dunk in NBA history is Eddie Jones on Andrew Lang. Seriously, check it out.
I expected to see Ricky Davis jump over Steve Nash on here
What the hell David Robinson thinking trying to block Shaquille O’Neal Dunk in a all star game?
All those dunks are damn brutal.
1/2 of these dunks are travelling lol. You can’t take 3 or 4 steps in international basketball like you can in the NBA
A underrated dunk video with no Shannon Brown. Hmm! Just don't seem possible.
Wow completely forgot about Stevie franchise!!!! What a shame
4:03 thats a big travel
What about when Richard Jefferson dunked on Klay and I think it was also draymond in the same game last year on Christmas
4:02 “about 5” it wasn’t even a travel what a joke. These guys never point out blatant travels then claim 5 steps when it’s clearly 2
Gerald Wallace, stromile swift, Kobe and. JR smith dunks are nasty as hell
2:25 didnt know JR Smith had that in him DAMN!
Bro, JR's got mad hops. He just doesn't show off anymore like he used to. He used to be mad yammin on fools!!!
@@EverywhereAndNowhere I see that
So tell me again, what makes these dunk "most underrated"? Or is that just a clickbait?
Oh my god god Damn Brent Barry lol, straight baptized Rodman lol
Stromile Mothafuckin Swift was an absolute monster back in the day
2:40 I recognize that call from the Kwame Brown highlights video
Tony allen. Your team is down by 20? Why embarrass youself?
U forgot shaq over mutumbo the greatest shot blocker and starks in the eastern conference against the bulls
Nice dunk, but you lost. You don't showboat when you are losing.
