Nice deep-dive into Wheaton! Lots of good points! I think the escalators are cool, but I also see how they could be a hassle for anyone regularly trying to use the station. From my own experience, I think the elevator at Wheaton is a shorter ride, but only if it’s on your floor when you call it. Maybe the station could benefit from a bank of high-speed elevators up to street level. The newer elevator bank at Rosslyn is quite nice, and could be used as a model!

Rosslyn's elevator was fast enough to make me a bit motion sick.
Forest Glen has high speed elevators already, its kinda a neccesity there.
