If you kill someone with kill streak and they started targeting you but if you wanna do this best counter is you need to have friend in game in the same server and if he almost kills you just leave and join again and if he see you let him attack you and leave again and just repeat it until the guy that you killed with kill streak rage quit because he cant kill you
