#2 - this definitely resonated so much; lately with the pandemic, trying to heal through trauma, work stress, family drama, and now most currently dealing with ice storms and the aftermath, it feels like my energy is being sucked out of me and there's absolutely none left to find joy/happiness for myself. I feel guilty for resting, but even when I try to rest my mind is still going a million miles a minute so it's like I'm not resting at all if that makes any sense? WOW! I make a lot of mental health and self love content on my channel. But I also quit my corporate job in 2019 to pursue makeup. #3 oh my gosh this resonated so much about myself and my own readings I’ve done lately in particular about throat chakra and meditation. I did one vocal lesson and one meditation earlier this week. Hopefully I can get into a routine. I find it hard to quiet my mind to meditate. There are things I just know but I doubt sometimes and wonder if I’m disillusioned. #2 - this definitely resonated so much; lately with the pandemic, trying to heal through trauma, work stress, family drama, and now most currently dealing with ice storms and the aftermath, it feels like my energy is being sucked out of me and there's absolutely none left to find joy/happiness for myself. I feel guilty for resting, but even when I try to rest my mind is still going a million miles a minute so it's like I'm not resting at all if that makes any sense? Everything feels like such an invasion of my personal space/energy because I'm so burned out. I miss having the motivation and FUN doing art or writing in my journal - there's nothing positive to counter balance all this heaviness and what feels like never-ending-panic-attack-triggering-events one after another. I also realized bc of the pandemic and being isolated for so long, I've gone days maybe even weeks tbh without anyone to talk to, like no meaningful connection whatsoever even after reaching out. I think the loneliness is really getting to me and all the healthy coping mechanisms are being exhausted at this point, even as an introvert lol. Still doing my best to push through and see each day with gratitude, but man it's getting really hard.

Group 3. Yes I’m claircognisant, have been all my life, Clair audient, too. I was surprised as a child to find out that everyone isn’t the same.
Oddly, I always wanted to find a place where I could make it a retreat for other people. It is very isolated where I live and our govt have had folk under what is effectively house arrest for a long time. I’ve seen nobody for a long time, just phone calls with my friends. Sadly I struggle with phone calls as I am autistic; I love people but struggle to let them know. The government imposed isolation has made this worse.
The DC is somebody I love deeply. He left me over a year ago for a partner he now lives me. I am happy that he is happy but I miss his friendship so much. I keep managing to cut the energetic cords but his energy is heavily with me again; I don’t know why.
