I remember seeing this film in the movies when I was around 8 or 9 years old. Being a person who loves trains, even as a kid, this has always been one of my favorites.
Saw this on our brand new color television back in the 60's when NBC used to run full length movies on tv. Such a pretty film. And Doris Day was like having a good friend that you could believe in.
I secretly adore this movie, despite the fact that the backbone of the plot revolves around a bunch of lobsters. It doesn't take itself too seriously. Plus I find Doris Day and Jack Lemmon adorable.
