Thanks for the great insight Tom, I was wondering if it was worth doing a tutorial on your routing techniques (LFOs, modulation etc). Keep up the great work my friend :)
So is it the case that you're either in Speed mode OR Position mode? I notice the slider stays in the same place even if I change the mode, so it isn't two separate dials.
Hi Tom, really useful video, thanks. What do you see as the best application for granular when producing and composing? I get the impression it's best used for creating atmospheres and slightly atonal sounds, but is this a limited way to view it?
It is of course brilliant for atmospheres and atonal stuff, but I do think it can also make some incredibly delicate pads and keys. It all depends on the soundsource you're putting in to it really. One thing it's not good for is lead sounds, as it's not great for fast transitions. Would definitely recommend playing about though!

Granular is something l always overlook, but I'll play about with it now, thanks 👌👍
Well worth exploring, it can produce some incredible unique sounds!
@@TomWolfeSynth I'm sure, cheers Tom.

Ah, OK, looks like you address that very question at the end of the video!
