Aldarra Estates Parks at Night

While taking pictures of the new, north park lights, I noted it was a near cloudless night with crescent moon - perfect for night photos. Many came out worth sharing.
Our south park is good sized, and probably the main park in the minds of most of us. We hold community activities there given size of the space. Its photos came out well, but a delightful find was our little north park being the bigger visual treat. Despite being a quite narrow triangle bounded by a steep slope, our north park more than overcomes its limitations.
Landscape design transformed our north park from what would have been just a barren, strip park dominated on both sides by houses. Instead, our north park seems the edge of an entire forest. Its backdrop of trees makes one imagine trees extending west beyond the park. That delightful effect is especially striking at night. Not only is the slope stabilized and houses visually screened by its trees, but the forest illusion makes the park seem larger and houses further away. Add its beautiful cherry trees and majestic oak and we have an amazing gem in such a tiny park.
