आप सभी युवाओं से निवेदन और सुझाव है की अपने माता पिता जी सम्मान करें, महिलाओं का सम्मान करें ,बूढ़ों का ख्याल रखें, पेड़ लगाएं, कोशिश करें की शारीरिक व्यायाम करें चाहे कोई भी एक्ससरसाइज़ हो भले ही दौड़ लगाएं वाल्क करें, योग करें ,सायकल चलाएं ,डांस करें, करें लेकिन रोज़ करें, यदि शादीशुदा है तो परिवार को समय दें और बच्चों के साथ समय बिताएं अंत में सिर्फ घर के लोग और एक दो सच्चे दोस्त ही काम आते हैं, प्रकृति से जुड़ें बहार जाएँ परिवार के साथ और हर समय अपने आस पास ख़ुशी और साफ सफाई रखें /
