That splash art of her when finishing with a special move makes her seem ugly. She definitely isn't. Not very flattering for her but I think it is supposed to be silly since all the characters have crazy splash art that pops up like that
Things aren't always what they appear. I noticed in Rage of the Dragons that Kang Jae Mo's art in the intro doesn't prepare you at all for how hugely rotund he is in the game lol. Maybe that is similar in that the splash art doesn't do her true beauty justice.
Noise Factory right now had been dissolved a few years ago, with no interviews from its former programmers at all, and SEGAtlus can only call the shots on any Power Instinct game, re-release or otherwise.
Seriously, can't we have more fighting games like this? The characters are a little bland, but people clearly had fun making it. Not every game needs to be super serious.
