So nice to see a bottom airflow in 2024. Even better, it comes with a 510 drip tip. I just wish they would have designed it purely for single. I doubt it'll do either dual or single very well. It's definitely gorgeous aesthetically, though.
How the f is there no customer service phone number to call? You guys seriously screwed me over I ordered some thing almost 6 days ago that was listed as available on your website paid for it waited five days and then just received an email today Thursday keep in mind I ordered it on Friday or Saturday telling me that the item is now out of stock and they refunded me I don’t wanna fucking refund. I want the product you sell the vape kit still so then, just instead send me one of the Full pod systems for the Voopoo Vinci Pod royale system, it’s the same price about $20 before shipping as what I was paying for for the replacement pods. I’m just absolutely livid that nobody messaged me asking if I wanted to replace the product for something else I would’ve gladly switch to a different coil of the same kind but no contact no nothing just canceled and refunded order and I’ve waited multiple days with no vape coil for my fucking coil. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with element vape and I will never ever purchase again if they don’t make this, right I’m extremely pissed off, and absolutely baffled that there’s no way to contact a human being with this damn company that’s completely gone to shit over the last five years, As far as quality control and I’m about to blow up their website with negative reviews because this is just unacceptable if they ignore this, so be it, but people need to know not to spend their money here because they might just randomly not receive their order and have an order canceled when they’ve been waiting. Almost a fucking week to receive it.
This is not how you handle an out of stock item, first of all it was element vape’s fault that they listed a product as in stock when it wasn’t not my fault I was able to purchase it, so they should’ve made it right fucking open one of the Royal pod Full kit systems parentheses (that are definitely in stock by the way ) and sell me two coils from that in order to make it right, don’t refund and cancel the order when someone’s been waiting that long and no sorry no my bad no nothing what kind of fucking bullshit is that people pay so much money to get shit shipped from element vape they take so damn long nowadays, and now I’m not even receiving the thing that I’ve been waiting this long for, what pisses me off the most is that they have the other home Vape in stock they could’ve just gave me the 0.8 instead of the 1.2 or whatever the hell it is, or the top instead of the side I don’t give a damn it’s the same thing it’s the same price they should’ve sent it to me had a note that said sorry here’s a little gift card for the inconvenience that would’ve been acceptable but this is laughably BS. so you mean to tell me that there was an error on your end and now I’m paying for it by both not having the coils I need to replace, and now I have to place another order elsewhere to receive some thing that was listed on element vapes website as available and actually wasn’t, sounds like they have an error in the way that they’re stocking things and they should’ve refunded me and sent me the next closest thing something that would be compatible with the pot Royale fucking vape system They clearly don’t care about their customers, and that’s going to come back to bite them in the ass when they eventually lose like 50% of them, if this happened to me, imagine how many other customers go through this I can see them going down the toilet within the next couple years with the shit quality service.
