It will rise shortly before the stock split, and the drop when the split happens. But the upward trend will start again within one or two weeks.

They just issue more share by splitting.
1 Share=1000 USD
10:1(Split)
1 Share=100 USD or 10 Share=1000 USD.
Note: Now everybody can buy share.

New trend take the stock to sky rocket then split it so the small retailers to buy it then the big investors make big profit out of it. AI is not even embrace 100% by the people and it has not been very common yet but stock os keep pricing on future development wow. Example of Tesla same story is repeated in nvidia. What if tomorrow a new company comes up better Idea than nvidia ?

I bought one share of Nvidia just before the previous stock split and wish I had bought twenty more, which would have given me a hundred shares at present price, over a 100K. I bought a few more this time, and whatever happens I think I'll hold a long position and reinvest dividends into more shares. I'm confident that it will beat the inflation rate.
