Ingredients clams គ្រឿងលៀស
Water Clams លៀស
Salt អំបិល
Sugar ស្ករ
Chili flakes ម្ទេសគ្រាម
Ingredients Dipping Sauce ទឹកជ្រលក់
½ cup tamarind paste អម្ពិលទុំក្លះកែវ
½ cup fish sauce ទឹកត្រីក្លះកែវ
1 cup sugar ស្ករ១កែវ
10-12 chili ម្ទេស១០-១២គ្រាប់
2 Tablespoons lemon juice ទឹកក្រូចឆ្មា២ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
4 cloves garlic ខ្ទឹមសរ៤គ្រាប់
1 large shallot ខ្ទឹមក្រហម១មើម
2 cups water ទឹក២កែវ

U keep making the foods I missed eating a lot. It doesn't get that hot here that often in WA State. When I do get clams I just stir fry it khmer way, with tamarind sauce.
Sorry to hear that, bake it in the oven at 150 degrees for two hours. It should tastes the same as sun-dried. I tried and it worked!

How many pounds of clams did you use?
I didn't measure I just kind of estimated by looking at the coating of salt and sugar I put.
Also, I would add minced garlic and chili fakes 👍🏼👍🏼
I did one with chili flakes and one without. I thought about adding garlic too but just wanted to keep it simple. Thank you for the tips tho.
