This looks like a decent kit. I recently got the new kits from AMT (Jame Bond) but I feel I need to get this kit as well. Thanks for sharing what is in the box
Jason, Im really impressed with that 71 Mustang kit after building so many anemic 71- 72 Mustang kits from MPC & AMT over the past years. They lacked in accuracy and detail in much of those kits. Its great that Revell chose the top of the line 71 Mustang to produce. That car was Ford's last hurrah for performance cars and it was no slouch! Under the hood was a 351 Cleveland with bigger heads and a 4 brl intake, the big mare ran 13.90s in the quarter mile!!!! Can't wait to see what you will do with this model
I'm not a Mustang fan but took a liking to this body style while building AMT's version (which I found to be a bit lacking in quality). I'd like to build this and throw the same paint on it for a good comparison vid.
Such a great car. Ford made an absolute stellar muscle car back in the day. Finally a model kit of a Ford car that never got the credit it deserved. I have owned several of these Mustangs. They were and are exceptional and capable automobiles.
Think I will have to get this one too . I bought another kit last year or so to build a replica to a friends 72 Mach 1 . But this kit looks way better . Thanks for sharing .
Lol ..."Can you finish all those?" ... I can't answer that. I've been on this challenger for like 2 months now... That looks like a great kit from Revell. I'm not a massive Mustang guy, but I may have to add this one to the stash.

Great video, was curious about this kit. These mustangs were heavily influenced by the styling of the 69/70 Shelby GT500.
I've heard that is a great kit, I'll be picking up a few of those myself, some nice street machine ideas :)
