The first time I heard the second movement of this composition I laid down on the ground to listen to it better and, so that, I could let me emotional... I cried because of something that was emerging from my soul. How explain it? Simply incredible this composition is. Congratulations to the group who played it so beautifully!

Tchaikovsky is a very underrated chamber music composer. He is most known for his symphonies, plays, and concertos, but this work is equally magical.

I wholeheartedly agree, and this performance is astonishing! I should add that anyone who loves it will also love Tchaikovsky's string sextet, "Souvenir de Florence," another thrilling chamber music masterpiece.

12:19 Movement II Andate Cantabille Movement in B Flat Major!!! MY FAVORITE MOVEMENT!! In the event you were visiting me in the hospital, most of the time, you would hear my Hospital bed, the Stryker inTouch bed playing this movement, whilst I was in the bed on a ventilator rotating with the Lateral Rotation function in the bed to keep me from getting Pneumonia, and Pressure Ulcers. I remember that wonderful bed being sooooooo pleasant. Being in the hospital was sooo unpleasant, but it was that bed, which made that stay less painful, and less depressing. I LOOOOOVE classical music!!!!!

Every time I listen to the fourth movement, I think on a friend whom I'm in love with. I'm not really sure why, but I guess that it's because I sang it the day she friendzoned it, and also it may be because it really fits with how I feel with this feeling (mostly happy, with some downs, but then I rise happy again). Every time I listen to it, I remember when I physically was with her, talking her, playing with her, and generally being with her. The happiness. Now we chat almost everyday, and soon I will meet her again. I'm really excited for it, and that movement shows my happiness.
This is not one of the best Tchaikovsky's works, it is not even euphoric to me anymore, but I really like it because it reminds me of her, and of how happy she makes me.
    Great performance by the way.

Well, I consider chamber music to be the most hardcore in the classical music world. A lot of people don’t understand them, but those who like them, considered yourself lucky because you are in a elite group, and you are better educated than most.
The second movement is popular, but the third movement is just as good and nicely composed, so is the fourth!
