Faber after sale service is worst....New chimney stopped working within 3 months of purchase. Their technicians have zero idea about the issue, called customer care for fixing it, raised concern with the brand even on Twitter (X), still the brand has no plans of fixing the issue or any kind of communication.Even after paying more than 16k for the product,we are suffering from more than 45 days without the chimney.
How frequently do you need to change the baffle filters, do you need to clean the baffle filters in the interim? If you need to change the baffle filters, whats the cost?
Hi, we have been using the chimney for 3 years. We have not changed the baffle filters it still looks great. Depending on how much deep fried food you create. You may need to clean once in 2 week or once in 1 months.

Your wife needs to be appreciated for keeping this very clean. If even the inside part is clean definitely she needs to be appreciated.
2 or 3 burner is not the matter to choose the chimney. chimney size should match with the size of the stove.
