    I love your videos and your family! How about putting clear packaging tape over the top of and on the inside of her shirts that way when she bites the top of her shirts it wont create holes in the shirts. Then when you wash the shirts just remove the tape and replace it after. Just an idea. 💖💋💖💋💖

    Thank you for sharing and updating us.
    I sincerely wanted to know how Ashlyn was doing. I'm glad all the splinters are out and I hope her hands heal soon. This was unacceptable and I hope you get answers and I hope that something gets done about this.

    Get well Ashy. Splinters are not fun. If you don’t want to share your splinters with us, I am okay with it. Us knowing about it is enough. Anyways, I hope your hands get better.
    As for the taco, it is definitely the most relatable for me. I also take the inside of the taco or burrito out and break the taco or burrito apart and eat it piece by piece just like Ashy. It may not be the traditional way of eating it but it works for me. Fantastic for asking for help.

    Just WOW!!! 100% unacceptable on the teacher's part. The teacher/school clearly needs education on children with special needs because it is pretty common for us to have a high pain tolerance. Also my thought is, is there only one teacher? If not it is a school issue because special ed classes typically have more than one and at least one teacher would know how Ashlynn would react. Glad you took her to the doctors. That way it is on record and hopefully discipline action will be taken because that is definitely neglect.

      Absolutely agree. This is not acceptable. They need to let you know at all times what happened especially since Ashy cannot tell you what happened.

    You think the aide or teacher told the substitute teacher
    That’s dangerous
    That person either didn’t know or cared
    I wonder if the aides noticed
    Are there cameras in the schools. This is very serious!

    What happened to Ashy at school was completely not okay . Clearly Ashy got hurt and just because she has high pain tolerance doesn’t mean you guys should not know about it. You guys to know everything what’s going on because Ashy can’t always tell you what happened. The teacher kind of took advantage of Ashy’s communication skills. Ashy deserves to have an accurate explanation of her day.

    • @leahsincelejo7641
      @leahsincelejo7641 Рік тому

      @Alexandra Williams Ashy is at school to be a student just like everybody else and the teacher should be more honest with her parents.

      Use a knife with a very fine, thin tip. Make sure the blade is very sharp and sterile.

    • @abbygober1698
      @abbygober1698 Рік тому +1

      Probably so
      It would not be splinters depending where she fell. I’m a 22 year old with Autism and I was in a vocational training program. I learned about job skills, how to advocate for myself, I worked at my school district’s Transportation department. Now I work at two different coffee shops!
      I take things very seriously when it comes to dealing with these situations.
