900مل حليب
50غ زبدة
50غ دقيق
رشة جوز الطيب
رشة ملح
-لصلصة الطماطم:
طماطم مركزة أو فرشكة
ملعقة كبيرة ثوم
ملعقة صغيرة تابل وكروية
ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أحمر
ملعقة صغيرة هروس
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة كركم
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة نعناع شايح
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
