Britax dualfix m-isize problem with rotation (brand new)

I had the same problem, it was not about pushing hard the button, they just replaced it

I just quit with britax römer products, had 2 seats both way too difficult to use and had straight up design flaws when comparing to maxi-cosi and cybex seats

The button starts working From 0,5cm pushed And IT goes deeper and You need to push the button STRONGER ;)

Those are piece of sh**, so expensive and doesn't work..I bought mine second hand and same problem

I had the same problem with a dualfix z-line, I ask for a replacement and the new seat works perfectly.
