We built our house in panchayat 15 years ago, but still the panchayat did not lay roads or made any drainage facility and if we ask local incharge they're telling we won't do any facility for you and it is dominated by particular community and they are not letting us to live peacefully, funny thing is they even damaged street light in front of our home. Only if your community is majority you can live peacefully in panchayat areas as said by ambedkar. So this is also one of many reasons why people move towards cities.
