For work permit, you need to find a permanent job or an employer who can apply work permit for you. You can only get one year job seeking visa after completion of your study.

For IT fields, you don’t actually need to wait until you graduate. As there is no work restriction, you can look for jobs any time. And also the IT jobs are easy to find than any other jobs.

It’s up-to you. But it’s recommended to hold till you receive the decision. If they ask for additional documentation they will also ask for bank statements in middle and that will be trouble.

In that case, you can pay your application fee from any A class banks in Nepal. I would recommend you to go to Siddartha bank as they have the cheapest service charge (don’t know if they changed now)
