This is my Montale Ristretto Intense Cafe Fragrance Review. Montale Ristretto Intense Cafe was a fragrance I've been dreaming about since before it came out and after I first experienced Intense Cafe. As I always wished for a more COFFEE version of Montale Intense Cafe. Well we have it here and it's available to us for the taking. What is Ristretto? A Ristretto is a short shot of espresso made with finely ground beans and less water. When less hot water is forced through the finely ground coffee beans, the result is a more concentrated flavor. The coffee tastes sweeter and less bitter because of the shorter extraction time.

Sebastian is really hyped about this fragrance. That clanking, I believe he was hopped up on some ristretto.
I’m very enthusiastic about this release. I’m a coffee buff and a frustrated barista wanna-be. I live coffee in all forms. So when Intense Cafe came out in 2013 I had to try it and fell in love. It was like smelling a very sugar-sticky latte mixed with a jammy rise and, to my nose, a very mild kiss of oud. I couldn’t be in the lusitano of buying it until last year. But unfortunately when I re-visited it the smell of coffee was not there for me. I thought I had been reformulated. No smell of a coffee latte for me, though it continued to smell great as a rose and amber perfume. So I’m excited and encouraged by the review that Sebastian has put together. Thus time I’m hopeful to be ready to get a bottle.
Arrived Yesterday! Wow, amazing 10/10 for me! Still smell it on my hand 12 hours later! 👌🏻😍 New top 10 fragrance for me!
Clink clink clink...still sounds and smells amazing. I’m a huge gourmand fan, ♥️☕️, espresso, and ooh la la ristresso intenso. Absolutely appealing concept. I’d love to get a full bottle of this.
I just received Montale Sensual Instinct yesterday. Smell amazing! However, I was sent 10 samples and wore Ristretto Intense Cafe today at work. I received (2) compliments from co-workers and I must agree this one here is my new favorite. I haven't even worn my initial purchase fragrance yet. Lol!

A bit late to the party here, but yeah, I finally got a bottle of this. It’s really fantastic, my absolute favorite coffee fragrance. The only problem is that my nose gets blind to it after a few minutes.

Wow! I have heard nothing but good things about this fragrance. I can't wait to try it. They improved Intense Cafe. More coffee along with more gourmand notes in the base with the sweet amber and toffee.
Mmm I just bought this and I love it 😍 It smells just like a Ristretto with brown sugar and dark red rose jam. It is so addictive and intoxicating.

Great video. Really love Intense Café one of my most favorite fragrances of all time. Unfortunately, due to reformulation it wasn't lasting that long. But, I am so looking forward to sample this one. Amped up coffee note is mouth watering!

Great comparison with Intense Cafe. I was always intrigue by Intense Cafe, but, unfortunately, I haven’t tried it. I think that the added amount of coffee will accentuate the coffe note, of course. I have had this bottle for a while since I find Intense Cafe has no coffee. This one is wonderful for me, and it reminds me of a tiramisu with coffee on the side.

The old intense cafe was very similar to Rose vanilla from mancera.. The cafe sent only appear for a few minutes on opening

Wow 215 dollars? The original is beastly enough and I can get that for 70€ 100ml, however notino doesn't sell ristretto yet so idk if I should wait. I love the original so I think I'll just go with it for Christmas

Great review. Was hoping you an recommend some options for something similar to this or the original but without any rose. So looking for a great coffee or milky latte style fragrance. I have Laurence dumont cafe tonka, but that smells like liqueur to me. Looking for a nice creamy realistic coffee. Thanks!!!

Yes, it's less feminine, but, it's still unisex, with the still strong rose presence. The coffee, and vanilla are excellent. Get a decant first !

They are very closely tied. They are very different but SI has some similarities to IC! :)
