There's a point at which someone's technique cannot really get much better, like chen and baekhyun. Vocal technique wise, they're tied. However everyone will have a different opinion on who they personally like more.

Chen is better than D.O by just a bit because of his connected head voice and best lower range,Range: E2-G#5-Bb5 Supported range: A2/Bb2-A4 D.O is second best with the best agility for a male vocalist in kpop so far, range wise he's just a lil bit lower than Chen but almost equal because at last all comes down at support, D.O has the best tone & control overall,he is arguably the best belter so far even with chest or mix till A4-Bb4, he is the most consistent but is quite not the best and is underdeveloped in more higher range unlike Jongdae.Range: F2-D5(F#5)-F#5 Supported range: D3-A4/Bb4(atleast from what I've seen of him so far) Baekhyun is quite lower, good range but not fully supported, semi agile because his notes between runs get messy at some point but second best in exo after kyungsoo, Range: F#2-G#5-C#6 Supported range: C#3-G#4/A4 (quite decent)@@AliceBunny05

China and Korea has some diplomatic issues that a make it hard for Chinese idols stay in Korea without giving up there citizenship or perform i certain other countries.
