problem with frank vk3nu or vk3wwe

this is Frank Pavic, a ham radio guy from Altona meadows Victoria
vk3nu or vk3wwe.
he has for some time now been a serial pest with his Go Go Go or mexican style voice overs on the Anza net, the old 7.130 net and he seems to carry on, targeting any qso on 20 and 40 mtrs.
this cary on was on 14.156 with Ea7ba and the guys.
if you hear frank, please record it and send a copy to the ACMA as this kind of carry on is not not for Amateur radio .
