Just made mine! Apple came back to me to tell me it was on the App Store in about 24 hours, still waiting for Google Play Store.
I’ve tried to make changes to the app already but the changes don’t go through, but I’m guessing it is because the app is still being reviewed.
Once you get the hang of it, and if you have a clear idea of what you want your app to be used for, building the app is EASY!!! A great tool!

Did you have to pay?
@@luckyking42yes. It isn’t cheap. You have to pay for the branded app, which is about £150 a month, then you also have to pay for it to be hosted on Google play store and App Store. I can’t remember how much that is.
If you are getting return, then I’d still recommend it. But if you are just making it for fun, i guess you need to think about if it is worth the price for you. I really like mine.

hmm I wonder how you could use custom code within the branded app similar to how you can add JavaScript on wix web pages?
Hey just an FYI you can't use any custom code at the moment with the Wix Branded App, I recommend you use Flutter if you're looking to custom code your app. If not the Wix Branded app is a great start for anyone looking to build a mobile app.
@@AlinBahoWixPartner Thank you for your response. One follow-up question if you'll indulge me... I believe you may be able to access backend procedures from the branded app possibly... no? Like if I had a procedure for when a button was selected... possibly that would work on a branded app? If you're not sure, no worries, I will follow-up with some more independent research. A have problem to my app when I am going publish app there is coming go to desktop but I want to do on mobile .

It should be on your main screen once you open your app

Yes but you'll need to go through the wix settings in your app builder, just go to your dashboard and on the left side you'll notice that you can go to branded app settings - from here you can submit your app to the Apple and play store 😀
Have you been able to translate any of your custom code from the website over to the mobile app?
Hey Dave sadly the wix mobile app is a stand alone app and isn't based on your website.
@@AlinBahoWixPartner I have Editor X with WIX and they said that the website could become a branded App as well because it comes with the package but no one has been able to tell me the full limitations on how much of the regular website will be migrated over to my branded app.
@@davmarius4h Yes the website can become a branded app however be mindful that the branded app will not show your website the way a user visits your mobile website. You'll have to use the Wix Mobile branded app as shown in my wix mobile app video.

Is is possible to create a multivendor ecommerce mobile app using wix?
Within the wix editor you can however not using the wix branded app builder. It will require you to build a website in the editor with code including the mobile version but can be done and there is an app on the wix app market you can install to make it happen 😇📚

Hi sorry I don't understand, but if you want to publish your app on the Apple and Android store you can go to your wix dashboard and click on site and app - follow the steps to go live 😊

Yes very possible! There are a few ways to do this, you can add a form to your website with an upload feature. Let me know :)
Hey Alin, Great video, I have a question, is there a way in which we can create an app from wix which is in a way linked to the wix website such that whatever content related changes we do on the website, it gets reflected on the app as well?
Within your wix website and wix app you'll notice the Wix Blog, Wix Forum, Wix Stores, Wix members area and a few other wix main products will be synced with each other - the design however is something you'll have to do same as wording found in text boxes. Hope this helps 😇

Alin. Great info! How do I edit the mobile app bc it's not allowing me to make those kind of revisions? Also, if I edit the mobile app (ie reduce the info for mobile unlike my website) without touching the info on the website or can that not be done? I hope I can edit my mobile site without changing my website.
Hi Shawn, within the wix editor you have the desktop and mobile editor at the top left hand side within the editor - editing mobile will not effect your desktop website - hope this helps a bit 😇
